Annual Shareholders Meeting and Voting Period in 2026 Board Election Begin Wednesday, May 20 By ROZAAN BOONE Shareholders are invited to attend the Annual Shareholders Meeting on Wednesday, May 20, at 7 p.m. in Bartow Center, Rm. 31. This meeting marks the official opening of the voting period in the 2026 Riverbay Board of Directors election. The voting deadline is Wednesday, July 1, 2026, and this year’s quorum is 5,041 ballots. Riverbay Corporation’s independent election vendor, YesElections, began mailing green election ballot envelopes to Co-op City households this week and they are expected to arrive in mailboxes over the weekend and into next week. Shareholders of record as of April 1, 2026 are voting to fill five seats on the Riverbay Board and yes or no on a referendum question regarding an amendment to the Riverbay ByLaws on how vacancies on the Board are filled. There is also an option on the ballot to vote for quorum purposes only. The official candidates in the election are Michelle Marbury, Rod Saunders, Monique Coleman, Andrea Leslie, Yanira D. Jaime, Aaron Carnegie, Lynette Wright, Nero Graham, Darnell Lopez and Keith Logan.

Income Affidavits Due Now Co-op City shareholders who have not yet submitted their 2025 Income Affidavit are urged to submit the form as soon as possible. Shareholders still have two options to file their 2025 Income Affidavits, either by filing out the traditional paper form or by filing an electronic form which is available on the Riverbay website at https://bit.ly/4aw5CeP. For shareholders opting to file the paper form, the completed income affidavit, along with supporting documents, can be deposited into the carrying charge boxes located in the community centers or emailed to RiverbayFinance@riverbaycorp.com. All paper income affidavits must be notarized. Completed income affidavits can also be mailed to the following address: Riverbay Corporation, Finance Department, Attention: 2025 Income Affidavit, 2049 Bartow Avenue, Bronx, NY 10475.
