First Candidates’ Forum Today in Einstein Center at 3 p.m. Referendum Set for May Vote

With publication of the first election supplement in this issue of the Coop City Times in which the 11 certified candidates introduce themselves to shareholders whose votes they seek to get elected to the Riverbay Board of Directors, and the first of three Candidates’ Forums to be held today, the 2026 Riverbay Board election is off to a strong start. The certified candidates in this year’s Board election are: 1. Michelle Marbury 2. Rod Saunders 3. Monique Coleman 4. Andrea Leslie 5. Idalia Reyes 6. Yanira D. Jaime 7. Aaron Carnegie 8. Lynette Wright 9. Nero Graham 10. Darnell Lopez 11. Keith Logan The first supplement, published on page 23-32 in this issue of the Co-op City Times, introduces shareholders to the candidates. For the next two weeks, the candidates will outline their platforms and discuss issues relevant to the election in the next consecutive election supplements to be published on Saturday, May 9, and on Saturday, May 11. 2025 Income Affidavits Due Now BY DANIELLE CRUZ

The 2025 Income Affidavit was due on Thursday, April 30, 2026. Co-op City shareholders who have not yet filed are encouraged to submit the form as soon as possible. Shareholders still have two options to file their 2025 Income Affidavits, either by filing out the traditional paper form or by filing an electronic form which is available on the Riverbay website at https://bit.ly/4aw5CeP. Failure to complete and return the 2025 Income Affidavit form results in the maximum surcharge of 50% of your base carrying charges. You would then be required to pay the 50% surcharge for each month you don’t file. For shareholders opting to file the paper form, the completed income affidavit, (Continued on page 7)

Executive General Manager On behalf of Douglas Elliman Property Management, Managing Agent, we are pleased to present the Management Report for Riverbay Corporation for the period ending March 31, 2026. This Management Report provides updates with the following elements: • Public Safety – Peace Officer Staffing Levels • Informational Updates Peace Officer Staffing As of Tuesday, April 28, 2026, the Peace Officer head count in the Department of Public Safety decreased to 79 or 85.0% of the 93 Peace Officer positions budgeted in the department. This decrease was due to two (2) resigna-

tions. Management plans to initiate recruitment opportunities to fill the remaining 14 openings soon. Informational Updates: • Elevator Outages • Building 30A/4120 Hutchinson River Pkwy/ Elevator #1 • Due to water damage. • Projected to be back in service, week of 5/4/26 • Gas Outages • Management reports no gas outages in the community. Riverbay Welcomes New HR Director On March 23, Riverbay Management announced the appointment of Jason D. McPherson as the corporation’s director of Human Resources. “Mr. McPherson is an accomplished Human Resources professional whose career spans over 15+ years, during which he gained valuable experience in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations,” said General Manager Marvin L. Walton. “We welcome Mr. McPherson to Team Riverbay and look forward to the many contributions he will bring to the corporation in the role of director of Human Resources.” Prior to joining Riverbay, Mr. McPherson served as Jason D. McPherson deputy commissioner of Human Resources for the City of Mount Vernon, where he advised executive leadership and the City Council on HR strategy, policy development, and operational improvements. During his tenure, Mr. McPherson also led the development and implementation of a comprehensive City Employee Handbook, standardizing personnel policies and procedures. Mr. McPherson also brings experience from his work with UK Mission to UN (UKMIS), the British Consulate of New York, and The Legal Aid Society, were he served as a human resources business partner. Reflecting on his professional philosophy, Mr. McPherson shared one of his personal motos, “You are never too old to learn, and you are never too young to teach.”
