Shareholders in need of assistance with filing the paper version of the 2025 Income Affidavit before the April 30th deadline are encouraged to attend the third and final Income Affidavit Help Session on Tuesday, April 21, in the Bartow Center, Rm. 31, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Shareholders attending the help session should bring their 2025 Income Affidavit form, along with a photo ID, the 2025 Tax Returns for everyone required to sign the affidavit, and proof of insurance. A limited number of notaries will be available during the morning session; however, additional notaries will be available from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Shareholders also have the option to file an electronic version of the 2025 Income Affidavit, which is available now on the Riverbay website at https:// bit.ly/4aw5CeP. As of Sunday, April 12, 1,064 shareholders have registered to electronically file their income affidavits and 642 electronic income affidavits have been successfully submitted. The Riverbay Legal department completed its review of the prospective candidates’ qualifying election packages this week and the 2026 Election Committee certified that 11 of the 12 prospective candidates met the necessary qualifications following the process, which included verification of eligibility requirements such as residency, financial standing, background check, and other required documentation. Participatory Budgeting Voting Closes April 19
