Co-op City shareholders are reminded that the filing deadline for the 2025 Income Affidavit is Wednesday, April 30, 2026. Shareholders can either fill out the traditional paper income affidavit form, which has been mailed out to all cooperators required to file, or fill out an electronic form which is available now on the Riverbay website at https://www. coopcity.com/income-affidavit. A fillable pdf of the 2025 Income Affidavit form is also available on the Riverbay website. To access it, visit https://coopcity.com, click on the “Resources” tab and then select “Finance” from the drop-down menu. Instructions on how to complete the form can also be found there. The Riverbay Finance Department will be hosting Income Affidavit Help Sessions to assist shareholders with filing the paper income affidavit form. The next session will be on Tuesday, April 14, in the Einstein Center, Rm. 45, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The final session will be held on Tuesday, April 21, in the Bartow Center, Rm. 31, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Shareholders considering a run in the 2026 Riverbay Board of Directors election have until 10 p.m. on Monday, April 13, to submit their completed election packages to the 2026 Election Committee. Election packages are available Monday-Friday from the Riverbay Legal department, between the hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. After normal business hours and on weekends, packages can be picked up at the Public Safety window in the Bartow Center. Each election package contains the following: • A Statement of Intent to seek election to the Riverbay Board • Acknowledgement of receipt of the 2025 Election Rules • Notice regarding prohibited campaign contributions • Acknowledgement of qualifications to be a candidate • Notice regarding questions • Authorization for background check Prospective Candidates • Certification from the Riverbay Finance department that maintenance is current DEADLINE: MONDAY, APRIL 13, 10 P.M.
