CCSE’s recent work on festivals, events and accessibility has been supported by Spirit of 2012 as part of their Moments to Connect portfolio of projects. Questions of how to ensure sustainable conditions for achieving EDI aims has been a central consideration for the suite of work that colleagues at CCSE have undertaken as part of the FestivalsConnect project.
This review seeks to explore the ways in which festivals and events can be leveraged to achieve EDI aims and objectives. The piece may be of particular interest to festival and event organisers and those in engaged in policy and strategic discussions in this area.
