Classes began for 42 students at First Southern Baptist Church in El Monte, CA

California Baptist College officially became California Baptist University

There are a lot of opportunities here to interact with people from different cultures and share their celebrations, food, practices, and all such things through the international center. Why I Love Teaching at CBU:
Dr. Bai values the support CBU provides for faculty research and professional development, including grants to attend conferences and fund scholarly work. He also appreciates the opportunity to involve students in research and service-learning projects, both locally and abroad. CBU’s location offers strong connections with industry leaders across the Inland Empire and Los Angeles region.
Current Research:
Dr. Bai’s work focuses on resilient infrastructure and sustainable construction materials, including performance evaluation, seismic loss modeling and the behavior of high-performance concrete.
