INSIDE: SEE HOW YOUR GENEROSITY IS BRINGING 1.3 MILLION CHILDREN TO JESUS!

YOUR GLOBAL IMPACT In 1978, a simple promise sparked a global mission—one that, because of compassionate friends like you, has already reached millions of people across more than 120 countries and territories with life-saving care, clean water, and hope. Today, that mission is more important than ever. Recently, a devastating 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck the Philippines—claiming lives, injuring hundreds, and leaving families buried beneath rubble after a tsunami and landslide. CBN’s Operation Blessing disaster relief team rushed to the scene, bringing critical relief to survivors who lost everything. Just weeks earlier, in Mississippi, tornadoes tore through communities—destroying over 250 homes and leaving families with nowhere to turn. Thanks to partners, help arrived and our team delivered food, water, and the comfort of hope. Your kindness is reaching the hurting in their darkest moments. But so many are still waiting in hard-hit places like the Philippines. Will you act now—praying, giving, and even increasing your monthly support—to bring urgent relief and lasting hope to those who need it most?
Thank you so much for caring! May God abundantly bless you.

FROM HARDSHIP TO HOPE IN KYRGYZSTAN Discover how CBN partners make stories like Usman’s possible
Born into a Christian family in a Muslim country, Usman* came to a local learning center in Kyrgyzstan when his mother enrolled him in free English and computer classes. His confidence grew as he excelled in school. Summer camp and a kids’ club brought friendship and joy, a place where he felt truly welcomed. Then tragedy struck: His mother was hit by a car, and the prognosis was grim. Heartbroken, Usman kept returning to the center. There, he received God’s love through caring workers who comforted his fears, helped him process his grief, and assisted him with schoolwork. With his mother recovering, Usman’s smile started to return. He now tends chickens he received through the project—and cares for them with delight. Behind the scenes, CBN’s Orphan’s Promise partners with local learning centers to offer classes, emotional support, counseling, and even livestock—showing God’s love through practical care and hope. Thank you for making stories like Usman’s possible every day! Your unwavering generosity continues to make an eternal difference in the lives of men, women, and children worldwide. *Name changed for privacy purposes.
A Milestone of Faith:
THE INCREDIBLE STORY BEHIND 1.3 MILLION CHILDREN CHOOSING TO FOLLOW JESUS From a bomb shelter in Ukraine to a child’s prayer in Myanmar, Superbook is doing world-changing work—funded by partners like you who give to share God’s Word with kids around the globe.

n a bomb shelter in Ukraine, a single laptop glows in the darkness, kept alive by a battery pack. Children—some as young as 5 years old—sit shoulder to shoulder with their families, watching a Bible story unfold. Outside, air-raid sirens have become ordinary. Superb ook in This small room has not. “In many ways,” said Ukrain e Oleksandr, who began gathering these families in April 2022, “this became a small church community.” That is not what most people picture when they hear the word “Superbook.” They picture a children’s cartoon. Gordon Robertson sees something more. He calls Superbook “the most successful evangelistic tool CBN has created in 65 years of ministry.” Stories like Oleksandr’s are why. All across Ukraine, Superbook clubs now meet in shelters, churches, and even public libraries— wherever children can gather safely. Leaders teach Scripture using the animated episodes and the Nyoi

Because of you, children are discovering Jesus every day on the Superbook Kids App. Superbook Academy curriculum. And the free Superbook Kids Bible App keeps children in God’s Word even when the power fails. The fruit is real: Some parents have come to faith and been baptized, and children who used to attend clubs now help lead them. For a club leader in Kyiv named Anastasiia, it is a place where “we pray together, learn God’s Word, communicate, and simply bring a little light into their lives during difficult times.” A world away, the same Word is doing the same work. In Myanmar, a 13-year-old girl named Nyoi watched the Superbook episode “King Solomon”—the story of a young king who asked God not for riches but

for wisdom. “My prayer life was quite weak,” she admitted. But watching Solomon ask God for wisdom changed something in her. “I began to change the way I prayed.” None of this reaches a child by accident. Superbook has 68 episodes across five seasons, and dedicated teams dub them one season at a time into language after language—more than 70 so far, with all five seasons complete in 42 languages. Translators, voice actors, and sound engineers labor so that a child hears these stories in the language of home, not a foreign tongue. Other teams keep the free Superbook Kids Bible App, website, and the Superbook Academy
curriculum running, so the moment a curious child taps the play button, the stories of the Bible and the Gospel are there—safe, free, and ready to be enjoyed. Behind every one of those encounters are generous CBN partners—plus those who specifically support CBN Animation’s Superbook ministry— helping make the translations, free app, and discipleship resources possible. Superbook is a large part of CBN’s global mission to fulfill the Great Commission, and your giving helps keep it going. On the app alone, more than 1.3 million children
have prayed to receive Jesus. One grandmother shared in an app review that her 6-year-old grandson “accepted Jesus as his Savior” and now “looks forward to spending time with God” each morning. At about 6 cents per meaningful encounter, a single gift reaches further than the giver may ever know—into homes they will never see. Scripture promises this is no small thing. God says, “It shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please” (Isaiah 55:11 NKJV). On a laptop, in a bomb shelter, or in a child’s own language—His Word continues to transform lives.
DEVOTIONAL
From Restless to True Rest by Marissa Nordlum Digital Graphic Designer, CBN
“Don’t burn the candle at both ends,” my father would tell me while I was in college. I tended to say yes to everything that came my way. However, there came a day when all my busyness came to a screeching halt due to a serious illness I developed. My once-busy schedule suddenly disappeared. The only to-do list on my calendar was to rest and recover. Those first few days of rest felt even more restless. It wasn’t until I invited Jesus into my rest that something powerful happened. Rest on its own can often leave us restless. It is not enough to just rest; we must learn to abide in Christ. In Matthew 11:28-30 (NLT), Jesus speaks directly to this when He says: “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.” No self-help book, meditation routine, stress hack, dietary supplement, or relationship can lift and ease our burdens. Only Jesus. He forever is and will always be the only One who can give us true rest. Do you need this kind of rest today? If so, run to Jesus, repent of your striving, and take His yoke upon you. In Christ alone do we always find the rest we so desperately need. Visit or sign up at CBN.com/Devotionals to experience God’s Word and renew your walk with Him with CBN’s Daily Devotional. We’re excited to deliver encouragement, guidance, and biblical truths right to your inbox each morning.

I often wake up at 2 or 3 a.m. and pray while lying in bed. Where does the Bible address this? That’s a great question—and one many believers wonder about. The Bible celebrates these nighttime awakenings as a sacred moment with God. In Psalm 63:6-7 (NKJV), King David says, “When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches. Because You have been my help, therefore in the shadow of Your wings I will rejoice.” When sleep escapes you, realize that it’s a wonderful opportunity to thank the Lord for all He’s done—and reflect on His faithfulness throughout your life. Those quiet hours aren’t wasted time. They chase away anxiety, quiet racing thoughts, and fill you with deep peace. So, the next time you wake up in the middle of the night, embrace it fully. Turn worry into worship and fear into gratitude. God treasures those late-night prayers. Your midnight meditations honor Him—and lead you back into sweet, peaceful sleep.

“Let the Children Come to Me” YOU ARE RAISING UP A NEW GENERATION OF BELIEVERS
By Gordon Robertson President and CEO
Perhaps the disciples thought they were helping Jesus when they tried to prevent parents from bringing their children to Him. But they couldn’t have been more wrong. When Jesus saw what was happening, he was angry with his disciples. He said to them, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children” (Mark 10:14). This verse means a lot to me, and it’s a big reason that CBN doesn’t charge anyone for using the Superbook Kids Bible App. I don’t want to stand in front of Jesus at the end of days and say, “Well, I was worried about money, so I didn’t let children come to You freely.” Of course, free doesn’t mean cheap. It’s because of your generosity that CBN Animation can share these powerful Bible story videos in over 70 languages around the world. And Superbook is not just a tool of evangelism. It’s a tool of discipleship, teaching the next generation that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). He still hears and answers prayer, and He is still doing what He did when He walked on this planet 2,000 years ago. When children have God’s Word in their hearts, they act on it. They understand that He wants people of all ages to be His ambassadors and evangelists. And they respond to His call, drawing their families, friends, and classmates to Him. The next great revival may be sparked by a child who learns about Jesus on a mobile device. May God bless you for helping so many precious children come freely to Jesus. Together, let’s pray for the fulfillment of God’s promise in Habakkuk 2:14 (NKJV), “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.” Scripture is quoted from the NLT except as noted.
