The RRP assists by aligning with a firm’s business plan in an effort to maximize awareness and understanding of Indigenous concerns among corporate team members.
Firms use the plan to work toward reconciliation and equality for Aboriginal people across the legal system in general, and specifically in the workplace, within client relationships and as part of community activities.
To customize a RRP, a firm identifies its own values while determining the necessary components of its plan like action items and targets that best achieve goals or intended outcomes.
