Inventory Control Specialist | Tatia Shahan

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory quantity, value and location.

Process Engineer | Ryan Fisher

Champions of the initiative to increase profitability of new and existing business by increasing efficiency through the research and application of technology, process controls, and automation.

Maintenance Manager | Tyler Glenn

To take ownership of all maintenance operations companywide for both equipment and facilities. Includes leading our safety and wastewater programs as well as developing systems with traceable documentation and efficient use of resources.

Engineering Assistant | Ben Thornton

To assist process engineer and be a resource for the maintenance team and plant management in the absence of the process engineer.

HR Assistant | Katie Weston

To assist a human resources manager with administrative tasks.

Accounting Admin | Julie Williams (part time)

Responsible for AP & AR record keeping and processing.

Logistics

CEO/President | Rob Starr

Is responsible for the direction of the company with a strong emphasis on leading the sales initiative and new product offerings. Is not tied to the day-to-day operations but is responsible for capital and financial positioning of the company.

COO | Marc Hausman

Is responsible for coaching the leadership team and executing the vision of the CEO. Ensures the company has effective operation and financial procedures in place.

Controller | Jordan West

Is responsible for documenting all financial transactions, for analyzing ebbs and flows + trends and providing quantifiable data to discuss with the leadership team.

Human Resources Manager | Sean Stagner

To lead the process and coordination of all staff related items.

Product Vice President | Ron Moore

Leads the top line revenue for buying scrap and selling SJP product offerings.

Director of Sales Development | Leighton DeGarmo

Responsible for finding and qualifying sales opportunities to grow the company. Also responsible for maintaining, nurturing, and growing accounts.

Trucking Lead | Rick Hayward

Coordinate all trucking needs and scheduling in order to provide outstanding service to our suppliers and our customers.

Driver OTR | Multiple Personnel

Deliver finished materials and pick up raw materials for transport to SJP facilities.

Logistics Coordinator | Julie Williams (part time)

Contract and coordinate outside carriers as needed for logistics we aren’t able to do inhouse.

Wash Plant

Size Reduction Plant Manager | Dave Walker

To oversee all plant operations for the Size Reduction facility and all scheduling of production orders.

Receiving Manager | Jedd Chappell

To oversee all Receiving responsibilities for incoming scrap and regrind to the Size Reduction facility.

Receiving | Chris Walsh

To assist the Receiving Manager by receiving incoming scrap, regrind and additives for the Size Reduction Plant.

Shipping Manager | Jason Morgan

To load and ship all outgoing product and supplies.

Shipping & Receiving Manager |

To oversee & facilitate all Shipping & Receiving responsibilities for the Compounding Plant.

To assist the Shipping & Receiving Manager by facilitating movement of raw materials between locations & shipping finished resins.

Resin Formulator | Matt Griffey

To formulate Blends & forecast raw material needs. To develop useable systems for production settings & material picking for the Compounding Plant.

Material Manager & Admin |

Angie Riggs

Coordinate raw material needs & staging for the Compounding Plant. Gather & distribute logs & reports.

Lab Team Lead | Kylee McClatchey

Responsible for Lab operations & personnel scheduling.

Lab Tech/QC Inspector |

Multiple Personnel

To perform routine line tests of resins during production, adjust dosing equipment as needed to hit target specs, & perform testing of all raw materials & finished resins in accordance with ASTM standards.

QC/Leader | Brian Shirley

Responsible for Quality Compliance of finished product & packaging.

Maintenance Team Lead | Matt Domenic

To lead the Maintenance Team on the plant floor & be key resource for the Maintenance Team & the Maintenance Manager.
