Welcome to our 10th Annual Bull Sale. This year is a special year. A full decade of sales, and how fitting that it is 2026. Clifford was born on March 26th, Debbie was born on April 26th, they were married on February 26th and Brian was their first son on October 26th… so 26 has long been the family lucky number. But luck doesn’t build a herd. Luck doesn’t raise a bull. A keen eye, hard work, research and perseverance are some of the keys to success in this industry.This 10th year is a culmination of these things, brought to you in this offering of our herd’s progeny.

This year the cattle market has provided the paycheck due for your hard work as an experienced rancher. The Char cross calf is the market premium. Every year we see more and more cattlemen realizing the benefit of the Charolais breed as a cross. Char bulls cross good with everything, Simmental, Angus, Hereford, Limousin, Gelbvieh and the list goes on. The Charolais bull has stood the test of time, and they perform, plain and simple. Buy yourself a Charolais bull and widen your profit margins by producing the top performing feeders this industry has to offer.

The Twin Anchor Bull class of 2026 has produced a top end set of sires for your evaluation. Our feed program has continued with the Country Junction bull pellet and a TMR ration, utilizing both dry hay and oat silage. Our herd sires all have proven to be easy calvers, with that extra punch for good weaning weights. The genetics we have built our herd with have been carefully picked, and I think you will agree the quality shows in these bulls. We place great importance on performance, hair, calving ease, and longevity. We strive to provide our customers with bulls that will provide these qualities and sire a calf group to be proud of.

Delivery:

We will deliver insured bulls to central points in Alberta, free of charge. Delivery arrangements can be made for out of province, we are very flexible. We recommend that all bulls be insured if sending back to the farm. Bulls to be picked up or delivered by May 1st, 2026.

Bull Health Program:

All bulls have had routine vaccinations on a full herd health program. Bulls will have received both shots of Fusogard to protect against foot rot. All bulls have received and passed a breeding evaluation and semen test. If any bulls are sold as deferred, no money will be exchanged until your bull has passed a semen test. It is of utmost importance to us that you are happy with your purchase, and the animals entered in the sale will be evaluated with careful consideration.

Here is an outstanding heifer bull. The first son out of Parsons Limitless, who we purchased from Parsons Cattle Company with some our own breeding in the pedigree. A moderate 82 lb birth weight and pushing down the scale at weaning time. Nexus is super friendly, smooth made through the front end, and thick and soggy throughout. You will pick this guy out on sale day.

I can’t believe this bull was raised by a heifer. An absolute standout tan bull. His cow family is in the top of the herd, boasting calving ease, performance and temperament. Northwest is wide topped, deep sided and long. He is a line bred pedigree, back to the Legacy’s Get A Copy bull that sired TAC Jag 78J (owned by Parsons). If you are looking for some color that can build a cow herd, don’t miss out on this guy. 2

Another Outstanding heifer bull. I love the small head and smooth front leading into a powerful top and hind quarter. Noble has just a touch of tan and would serve well in any herd. He goes back to our 40A cow who has earned her spot as a pillar of our herd. Noble’s grandma is Rosa 14C, who is the mother of the red Wolverine 28K bull working in Wyoming. So much quality in this pedigree.

This is a tan bull who puts it all together. Hair, style, muscle and that Gameday temperament to boot. Another bull that goes back to the 34A cow. His mother Georgia 1G, is a stout and hairy cow who knows how to raise a calf. Nikon is a sire you can build a herd around.

Navajo is a dark red bull with a moderate birth weight. He comes from a good cow family back to MAC415B. He is a well muscled Fendt son who would work great for keeping those calves tan from white and tan cows.

New Money has a January 20th 2026 full brother on the ground that is an absolute stand out baby calf. His mother is a fancy cow that the kids showed in 4H, with a beautiful udder. Great calving ease on this bull, he may work as a heifer bull.

What a bull! Notorious is the rugged type of bull every commercial cattleman is looking for. 77G is a no miss cow and this might be her best calf yet. Feb 22nd birth date and a 975 weaning weight… this guy is a standout for sure.

FEATURE BULL

At the time of writing this, I am still wondering about keeping Notion for ourselves. His full brother was the cover boy of last year’s catalog. Big top, Big nuts and Big sided. His pedigree is a culmination of the greats in our herd, combining both Badger and Resistol. Although young, being a March calf, he was my favorite calf on grass all year. They don’t get much better than this guy.

Born on Clifford’s birthday, he has to be a good one. Nickel has the Gameday hair and attitude. You won’t peg him for one of the youngest bulls in the sale. This bull is flashy and flat out good.

The youngest bull of the sale and yet he fits right in. Norquay is a high performing Quest son. I think very highly of his mother and how she can raise a calf. His brother sold to Tim Smith and sons for their Ribstone Creek cattle operation last year.

This guy was born March 30th and still was able to wean 905lbs and with a BW of 91 lbs your getting all the calving ease a guy is after with all the performance for those heavy wean weights come fall. He is a very soggy and stylish bull with a quiet and calm demeanor. this bull is a great example of TAC genetics, and is the first Bull born here at Klatt Cattle Company.

44H is a Jamieson son who is very impressive. We selected him specifically for the addition of frame and performance. The first sons and daughters turned out in fine form and that trend has continued. “Badger” as we like to call him, worked his way into being the main herd sire on the ranch. Sons have that attractive head, powerful build and lots of bone. This year’s Badger calves are quite a set. This is his last set of sons we will have on offer, so buy them up while they are here.

Limitless was purchased from Parsons for our main heifer bull. He has performed amazingly. He has been one of our best breeders ever to walk the ranch. In 2026 our replacements were 100% in calf and there was only 1 left to calve by the end of January. His calving ease is excellent on heifers and his performance is just as good. Limitless is a Jag son, who was purchased out of our own program. We are very proud of the sons we have seen Jag produce at Parsons Cattle Company, and we believe Limitless to be among the elite of those bulls.

Terms & conditions

TERMS: The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable at par at the sale unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made previous to the sale. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement is made. All settlement must be made with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released. The auctioneer shall have the right to refuse bids from anyone who has a previous record of default in payment or who has not made proper credit clearance prior to the sale with the owner or sales manager.

BIDDING: Each animal is to be sold to the highest bidder. No by-bidding will be permitted.

DISPUTES: In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision in such is final.

PURCHASER’S RISK: Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. Animals will be cared for at the purchaser’s risk for a reasonable length of time.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Errors discovered in the catalogue will be corrected by announcements from the auction stand at sale time and such corrections will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue.

CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY: Each animal will carry papers issued by the Canadian Charolais Association. A certificate of registry duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer for each animal after settlement has been made.

SHIPPING: Assistance will be given in making shipments after the sale, but no risk is assumed by the Sale Management or seller. Purchasers are requested to furnish shipping instructions when making settlement.

BREEDER’S GUARANTEE, BULLS: Should any bull fourteen (14) months of age or over fail to prove a breeder after being used on cows known to be breeders, the matter shall be reported in writing to the seller within six (6) months following date of purchase or six (6) months after the bull has reached fourteen (14) months of age. The seller will then have the right and privilege of six (6) months to prove the bull a breeder. No guarantee is given that semen collected from the bull will freeze.

SETTLEMENT: Transportation charges on animals returned to the seller are for account of the purchaser. No incidental expenses, such as feed, care, interest, veterinary charges, etc., will be charged by either party when making settlement. If the seller is successful in proving the animal in question to be a breeder, the said animal will be reclaimed by the purchaser at his expense. Should the seller fail to so prove the animal a breeder, the buyer is guaranteed a satisfactory replacement. F.O.B. ranch or location of origin or a refund of the actual price. Should a dis- pute arise over the quality of a replacement animal, the Sale Management will appoint a mediator.

ACCIDENTS: Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the sales manager, auctioneer, or Association assumes any

responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability, legal or otherwise, in the event of accident or loss of property.

LIABILITIES: All persons attend the sale at their own risk, and the sellers and the sale manager assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents occurring in or about the premises. It is to be clearly understood that the sales manager is only acting as a medium between buyer and seller and is not in any way responsible for any failure on the part of either party to live up to his obligations, or for the truth of any warranties or representation, expressed or implied. Neither does the sales manager assume any financial obligations to collect or enforce collection of any monies between parties. Any legal action that may in exceptional cases be taken, must be between the buyer and the seller.

MAIL OR TELEPHONE BIDS: Bidders unable to attend the sale may phone or mail their bids and instructions to the sales manager, auctioneer, or special representatives. Bids must be received in sufficient time prior to the sale.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS: The above terms and conditions of the sale constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller, and be equally binding to both. Re-sale of animals following purchase in this sale shall constitute a separate transaction, which is not covered by the terms and conditions of this sale.
