This will be our 9th sale at Neepawa this year. Time flies when you are having fun. What a great time to be a cattleman! We still need to get as much as we can out of every calf with the high costs of production. I feel we are making strides getting into some good Angus herds with reports of getting $200-$250 more for the baldy calves over straight black calves!
I have seen most of the bulls for the sale and they are a really nice group with lots of pigment and size. There is a great selection of bulls to be used on heifers. Don’t forget that we sell our calves by the pound and there is a need for good performance bulls as well. As always, there will be some very fancy heifer calves to offer. We put the same effort into raising them as we do our bulls, paying attention to temperament, feet and legs, and udder quality.
The contributors in the sale are very approachable and would be happy to talk to you about their offerings. There will be lunch provided and a pie sale to support our local 4H club so we look forward to seeing you sale day!

This group of progressive Manitoba breeders proudly presents one of the most impressive bull offerings in the province each year. The Prime Plus Sale features the largest and most elite selection of Hereford bulls available in Manitoba, representing programs that have built their reputation on sound cattle, practical performance, and maternal strength.
The Hereford offering is complemented by a strong set of yearling and two-year-old Red and Black Angus bulls, giving cattlemen the opportunity to select genetics that will fit a wide range of breeding programs. Whether you are searching for calving ease sires for your heifers or performance-oriented bulls to add growth and pounds to your calf crop, this sale offers the quality and selection to meet those needs. A consistent highlight of the Prime Plus event each year is the impressive group of open commercial heifers. These females combine the strengths of two great breeds—Hereford and Angus—resulting in productive, efficient cattle that thrive in commercial operations. The influence of these maternal-focused genetics ensures these heifers will go on to become the kind of cows that build strong, profitable herds.

The breeders behind the Prime Plus program share a common goal: to provide dependable, functional cattle that deliver real-world value to their customers. Their commitment to quality, consistency, and customer success is evident throughout the offering.
We encourage you to evaluate the cattle, visit the breeders, and take advantage of the outstanding genetics on offer. The Prime Plus Bull Sale continues to be a premier source for Hereford and Angus genetics in Manitoba and is one you don’t want to miss. However, if you are unable to attend require any assistance, please feel free to contact any member of the T Bar Team.

I couldn’t be happier with the Charisma sons. Super thick, big testicles, really correct performance bulls! 37N’s mother has put 3 bulls in our sale. They have all stood out. A daughter is in the good Brooks Farm herd in Saskatchewan.

Maybe the most striking of the Charisma sons. Goggle-eyed, red neck, short-marked. Has a maternal sister in the pen, one of my top breds. I would not be afraid of calving heifers to this bull; there isn’t much birthweight in the cow family.

This guy didn’t look very big beside his 1800 lb mother, but he has really grown into an impressive bull. His mother always puts a bull in the sale. She is a pet and needs a rub every time you’re in the pasture. This bull is also extremely quiet. Would work on heifers.

A Charisma son you will notice with a real nice quarter and pigment. Great testicles, he will really work well on black cows to increase payweight and put a white face on them.

We considered keeping this guy to breed heifers to - my loss could easily be your gain. I love his perfect-uddered Rhino mom. He is short marked, goggle-eyed, a real nice bull.

This Maverick son has his sire’s dark red colour and pigment. He’s a real sturdy bull and square made. Captain 575L’s dam is an elegant cow with a near perfect udder. A maternal brother is working at Flyer Cattle Company. Recommended for heifers or cows.

The Leveldale Ms Relentless 3A cow has done it again. This spring at 13 years old, she has pumped out another good looking bull calf. She has raised us many sale bulls and heifers. 3N is a Hodgeman son we really like for his dark red colour, great length of body along with having a great disposition. If your looking for a performance bull with a great cow family behind him, this Hodgeman son will fit the bill.

Watson 13N’s full brother was a high seller last year for us. He’s out of our great 13F cow who has a great udder and always brings in a top calf every year. If your looking for a dark red, red eyed bull who would work in the heifer or cow pen, you will want to have this guy circled.
