We would like to extend a warm and sincere welcome to everyone attending this year’s Trendsetter Bull & Select Replacement Heifer Sale, both in person and online.
The past year has brought incredible optimism in the Cattle Industry, both here at home & abroad, with the demand for beef and beef byproducts higher than ever. With Canadian cattle leading the way, we could not be more proud to be a Canadian Cattle Producer.
“Pride in the Pursuit of Excellence” has always been our motto here at Shiloh Cattle Company, and we are constantly striving to take our herd to the next level. This means paying extremely close attention to the attributes we find necessary for a successful and progressive cow herd. Attributes like sound foot structure, udder quality, positive maternal instincts and calving ease, while never sacrificing the importance of performance and longevity.
Both our Bull and Heifer pens are fed a Hay/Greenfeed/Pea Straw mix, as well as a 13% pellet ration based on 1% of body weight, promoting a natural and healthy rate of development. We do not push our cattle and believe a balanced feed ration reflects in the longevity and health of our cattle.
With each passing year, we find ourselves expanding our horizons. We still pride ourselves in the high standards and quality of our Red Angus herd, always searching for that new herd sire or female that will advance our breeding program. As well, over the past 6 years we have also been strategically building our Black Angus herd by purchasing only the very best females and bulls from industry leading breeders and genetics in Canada & North America.
We will also be making some changes here at Shiloh Cattle Company this year and into the future for the marketing operations of the Ranch. This spring we will be hosting our Bull & Female sale, as usual, here at the Ranch, but as we venture into 2027 and the future, we have made the decision to market our bulls by Private Treaty. Our females will still be on offer in Fall Sales, as well as here at the Ranch. We will also be offering both Yearling and Two Year Old Bulls as we move forward. We feel that this is the right move for us at this point in time and we hope that this transition goes smoothly, not only for us, but for you as well. Because to us, you are not only our customers, you have become our friends, and we truly value that relationship. Your confidence and trust mean everything to us.
We are also pleased to announce that after 13 years of part time employment, our Ranch Hand and Herdsman, Alisha Minchau has joined us full time. We can’t express how happy we are having Alisha here in a full time capacity and are looking forward to many more years with her here at Shiloh Cattle Company.
This year’s sale date is Saturday, March 28th.
I you have not been here, directions to the Ranch can be found by searching Shiloh Cattle Company on Google Maps.
All sale animals will be on display beside the Sale Barn on sale day, starting at 10:00 AM, but we welcome you to contact us anytime prior to sale day to come by to view the sale pens and cow herd. We would be honoured to show you around.
Sale time is 12:30 PM, with a full Roast Beef Dinner between 10:00 AM & 12:30 PM. Hospitality will be on offer before and after the sale, so please plan to stay for the social after the sale. We look forward to visiting with you all.

Allison Refine 78K is a definite stronghold in our Herd Sire Battery and has continued to prove himself as a calving ease bull with impressive performance in his offspring. Just like their sire, his calves excel in hoof quality, impressive structural integrity, docility & maternal traits. Refine continues to impress us with his soundness, added depth and tremendous muscle shape.

Although this strong framed Refine 78K son has the same powerful genetics as his Sire, he is still equipped with a moderate birth weight and a comfortable degree of calving ease. A solid bull from the ground up, with a strong top line and a dark red hair coat.

SCCA 11K - Maternal Sibling

Shiloh National 23N

Definitely one of the stoutest, thick bodied, and deep ribbed bulls in the sale this year. Just like the rest of his sire group, 40N has impeccable foot structure. His Maternal Grand Sire achieved multiple championships during the 2019 show season, including Olds Fall Classic, Lloydminster Stockade Roundup and Farmfair International. His red hided Dam has a beautiful udder structure and is out of 2 Black/Red carrier parents, making her and her offspring truly impressive outcross genetics.

Shiloh Gunnery 25G - Maternal Grandsire

Nobility 68N is a sharp looking, smooth shouldered calving ease bull. His Dam has done an amazing job on her first 2 offspring, with her first calf, Shiloh Rosette 16M, being one of the strongest Bred heifers in our breeding program.
Here’s a Refine son that is unrivalled in impressive maternal traits, including direct and maternal calving ease, teat/udder, and milk EPDs. A solid outcross bull for your consideration. His paternal Grand Dam is currently a cornerstone Donor Female for Allison Farms.

With an impressive combination of calving ease and performance, this attractively built bull is definitely one of the strongest bulls in this Sire Group. Just like his sire, he is noticeably strong topped and deep ribbed and stands on a flawless foot structure. A pen favourite for sure.

Shiloh Mr. Refine 77M - Paternal Sibling

92N is a well built, performance driven bull. He is deep sided and has an attractive appearance, with plenty of natural muscle shape and a solid foundation. New N Refined 92N was the Intermediate Bull Calf Champion at the 2025 Olds Fall Classic.

Calving ease is definitely trending in this sire group, and 113N is no exception. His dam is a moderate built female with a nice udder composition.
This light BW calving ease bull is the youngest in the sale, but still has an impressive degree of daily gains, and again, just like his siblings, he has an outstanding, impressive foot structure.

Networth 6N is a tremendous bull with outstanding growth and depth. With a moderate birthweight of 80 lbs, he has accomplished an impressive weaning weight in the top 2% of the breed average. We acquired his Dam as a bred heifer in 2024 and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of her first calf. Networth excels in Calving Ease, Performance and all the Maternal Traits of both his beautiful Dam and Sire.

Herd Sire Alert ! Nobleman 29N exhibits the same magnificent length, depth and muscle expression as his Sire. His performance driven Dam has done an exceptional job on her first 2 offspring, also raising an impressive heifer calf that excelled in her divisions at Old Fall Classic & Farmfair International as a Calf and as a Bred Heifer.

Looking for a new Herd Sire to use in your heifer pen? This Greenwood Four Mile son stands on a magnificent foot structure and is loaded with exceptional EPDs in maternal and direct calving ease, performance and milk. His Dam, a direct daughter of Ellingson Hi-Range, is deep ribbed, strong topped and has a “text book” udder structure.

Another “ Noteworthy “ bull to use in your heifer pen this spring. Noteworthy 14N is also equipped with enough punch to use in your cow pen if required. This impressively long sided bull has plenty of bone and ranks above breed average in all breed traits.

- Peak Dot Gable 146L

This bull’s Sire Group has become an all time favourite in our bull sale over the past few years and this will be the last group of Justin sons on offer, as we have retained many of his outstanding daughters in our herd. He consistently passes on qualities like impressive depth and spring of rib, hip shape, muscle expression and a dark red hair coat to his easy fleshing offspring.

Here’s a solid built calving ease bull to kick off this sire group. He’s smooth shouldered and has a kind temperament like his Dam.
Another heifer safe Justin son backed by a solid Dam and Grand Dam. Many of these Justin sons, including this guy, are calving ease specialists that are sure to let you rest easy next calving season.

Nashville 60N is a smooth fronted, long bodied, well balanced bull. His Maternal Grand Dam was a herd favourite who’s offspring have been purchased by Misty Ridge Ranch, Riverside Angus and Copper LC Angus. Some solid genetics on offer in this guy.

One of our favourite bulls in this sire group, 77N expresses strong foot and bone structure, not to mention his above board EPDs in CE and performance, as well as milk and longevity.

If you’re looking for a bull that’s got that extra length of rib, smooth shoulder and excels in calving ease, this is the one.
97N is a Justin son with a little more BW and a bit more punch. Attributes he acquired from his Dam. Seven of his Dam’s 9 offspring have been purchased for breeding stock in previous sales.

Shiloh Nifty 97N

Backed up by a solid Dam, Notorious 100N is thick bodied and has the performance you need on your cow herd this spring to get the results you’re looking for next calving season.

Shiloh Notorious

Backed up by his Dam, a solid female that previously raised our overall $40,000 high selling bull in 2023, purchased by CD Land and Cattle. Here’s a bull with impressive gains in the top 15% of WW and YW as well as a strong milk EPD of +27.

Length of body and smooth shouldered calving ease seems to be the trend for most of this sire group. Add a good strong foot structure and you can’t go wrong with this bull in your breeding program. Take a good look. Here’s a bull with lots of rib shape and a solid top. His Maternal Grand Dam, SCCA 84A, achieved Elite/Premier Dam status in 2020.

Shiloh Notice

Reckless was one of U2’s high selling bulls a few years back , demanding the impressive sum of $60,000. His offspring are sure to provide you with sound footed, balanced, smooth shouldered calves with an attractive skull set.

Notice 22N is a well balanced, eye catching Reckless son with an impressive top and a dark red coat of hair. He has a solid maternal pedigree on both sides, going back to the Kassie and Misty cow families.
Backed by a solid Dam, 24N is deep sided with lots of rib shape and stands on a solid, dark foot. He’s ready to go to work in your cow pen this spring.

Another performance driven bull with lots of frame and a real solid top line. This Reckless sire group is built right and is sure to catch a lot of attention in the sale pen this spring.

Red Shiloh New Generation

34N is extremely athletic and well balanced in his makeup. His Dam is a long sided, sure footed female from the Duchess cow family. Two of her previous offspring have been purchased by the well respected operation at Cottonwood Livestock.

Novelty 39N’s Dam is a powerfully built female with impressive rib shape and foot structure. All of her past male offspring have stood at the top of our bull sale pen. Here’s a bull with lots of muscle expression, depth and length.
This calving ease herd sire was a standout bull when we toured the sale pens at Ter-Ron Farms a couple years ago. He has, without a doubt, one of the best foot structures we have yet to encounter in the Red Angus breed. His dam was equally impressive, with a beautiful udder and gentle disposition.

Calving ease and strong maternal traits run deep in this bulls lineage. 8N is an impressively clean fronted individual, while still expressing impressive rib shape and depth. His Paternal Grand Dam is an attractive female from the Brandy cow family and has a well balanced, beautiful udder attachment.

Here’s a CE option that still maintains magnificent spring of rib, depth and length, all in an attractive, dark haired package. Lots of positive attributes in this fellow. Take a good look.

This smooth shouldered Latigo son comes in a more moderate package and stands on a solid foot structure. In fact, the feet on all these Latigo sons are quite impressive. If you’re looking for a good nights sleep next calving season, this is the guy to use in your heifer pen this spring.
An athletic young Latigo son that is sure to ad some style and mobility to his offspring in your heifer pen next spring.

Definitely one of the strongest in this Sire Group. Here’s a calving ease bull that excels in performance with a strong Adj. WW of 772 lbs. He is smooth made in his front 3rd, transitioning into an impressive top and rib shape.

Although one of the youngest bulls in this year’s sale, Next Latigo 125N is a strong contender for you to consider as a calving ease option. His Dam comes from the Duchess cow family, known for their strong maternal traits in CE and Milk. Add to that the same outstanding foot as his sire and you can’t go wrong with this guy in your heifer or cow pen.

Mr. Wick is incredibly long sided and deep ribbed with a clean, smooth shouldered front third. He provides calving ease, performance and milk EPDs above the breed average. All of Mr. wick’s offspring have come easy and are attractively dark coated and sound as their sire.

A solid bull for you to put to work on your replacement heifers this spring. These Mr. Wick sons are as long sided and smooth fronted as they come.

Noah 65N is an athletic fellow that can get out and cover a lot of ground this breeding season. He’s built to go to work and get the positive results you’re looking for in your cow herd.

This is a bull worth your consideration. 82N’s Dam has provided us with numerous top end offspring over the years. Like 82N’s maternal brother, Red Shiloh Gunnery 23G, a Herd Sire we retained here at the Ranch, and his maternal sister, Red Shiloh Ardath 90L, a high selling Bred Heifer in the 2024 Chinook Harvest Angus Sale, purchased by Forsyth Ranching Ltd.
A solid, dual purpose bull here to use on those larger framed heifers or in your cow herd. This guy has a comfortable combination of calving ease and performance.

Red Shiloh Non Traditional 94N

Notice me 107N definitely has a combination of attributes we seek. He is extremely long sided with impressive extension in his front end, with an attractive, dark coat.

Red Shiloh Notice Me

An attractively built, long sided and smooth shouldered individual. 110N excels in maternal and direct calving ease, as well as above average WW and Milk EPDs. As well, his Dam has achieved Elite / Premier Dam status.

41N is a well balanced female that is sure to develop a strong foot structure and impressive udder attachment, just like her Dam. She has several Maternal and Paternal siblings that have been sold to reputable producers , including repeat customers, Clint Morlock Farms, Hecker Farms and Mashon Ranches.

This attractively powerful young female is sure to carry on the long lasting, positive traits of both her Dam and Sire. Her sire has provided us with many years of bull & heifer calves that are constantly in the top end of our sale and replacement pens.
