Our goal in providing bulls for our customers is simple, we want to make you money! Whether you want to produce the sale topping char-cross calves, a calf that explodes on your backgrounding operation, or raise a function female that is highly marketable, these bulls on offer will help achieve that! ANNOUNCEMENTS
All announcements off the auction block will take precedence over printed material
WARRANTY
Simple. You buy one of our bulls, you are going to have a bull to get your cows bred! If you would like to insure him for your purchase price against death or injuy, we will offer insurance at 10%. Please deal directly with Buddy for coverage.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms
Cash or cheque payable sale day. All settlements must be made with the sale clerks before cattle will be released. The right of property will not pass until final payment is made. Unless previous arrangements have been made.
Bidding
Each animal will sell to the highest bidder. Bidders unable to bid on-line, may phone their bids in to the listed representatives. Disputes
Bidding will be re-opened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision is final.
Announcements
Announcements made from the block will take precedence over printed matter in the catalog. Buyers are cautioned to pay close attention to announcements.
Pictures
By attending the sale, you are granting permission for your picture to be used for promotional and advertising purposes relating to the sale, unless you notify the sellers that you do not grant permission for you picture to be used.
Purchaser’s Risk
Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. Animals will be cared for at the purchaser’s risk for a reasonable length of time.
Certificate of Registration
Each animal will carry papers issued by their association unless otherwise stated. A full certificate of registry duty transferred will be furnished to the buyer after payment has been made.
Delivery
Assistance will be given in making delivery after the sale. The purchaser agrees shipping arrangements will be at the convenience of the seller, but will be as soon as practical after the sale, at the buyer’s risk.
Breeder Guarantee
Bulls are vet evaluated before the sale and will be semen check ed by April, unless buyer requests earlier. If your bull does not pass semen check, your funds will be refunded. Spare bulls are kept-we will work with you to get your cows bred!
Exception Guarantee
In the case where the animal is subject to any hormonal or surgical reproductive techniques after the sale, this guarantees shall be null and void. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by foreign bodies after the animal has been sold or for sickness not apparent at the sale time. In no event shall the seller be responsible for more than the purchase price.
American Purchases
The sellers will do all health testing for export. The Seller will assist with delivery. Exchange rates will be announced sale day at current rates. All bulls guaranteed exportable to the USA.
Insurance
We recommend that you insure your purchases. It is the buyers’ responsibility to make arrangements with your preferred insurance broker or directly with Prouse Ranches.
Semen
The consignors reserve the right to in-herd semen use on any bull sold in the sale, with the semen drawn at the consignor ’s expense and the buyer ’s convenience.
Liabilities
All persons attend the sale at their own risk. The seller, Prouse Ranch, assume no liability legal or otherwise, for any accidents that occur.
The Gameday Bull is flat out good, he has that Charolais jam you want, long, thick with lots of natural muscle all while being athletic and traveling well! One of the best footed bulls you’re going to find in the business. His calf crop is consistent and good. They have that eye appeal right from the start and weigh up! Gameday is playing a huge role in moving our program to the next level!
