Bulls can be returned back to seller’s yard free of charge until May 1, 2026. After May 1, 2026 yardage of $4.50/day will be charged and pick up is the responsibility of the buyer. Bulls being wintered by the seller must be insured by the new owner for loss of life or disability.

Bulls & Females will be sold under the terms set forth by the CSA. Terms of the sale are cash or cheque. Every animal sells to the highest bidder and in the case of disputes, the Auctioneer’s decision will be final. Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over any printed matter. All animals in the sale have met all necessary health requirements. Cattle have been vaccinated for IBR, P1, BRSV, Blackleg and treated with Ivomec for parasites.

Out of country buyers will make settlement with Prairie Partners in Canadian funds at the March 17, 2026 exchange rate. Bulls/Females sold for export will be paid for in full prior to delivery. We are very proud and excited for this years group of bulls! There is a deep selection from reds, flecks and blacks; polled or horned, we have something for everyone.
The bulls are developed on native grass and mommas milk until August when we start them on whole oat creep feed. They transition to oat/corn creep feed through weaning until the corn silage is ready. In mid November they are transitioned to a TMR ration of corn silage, alfalfa hay, corn grain and fully chelated mineral package from Bullseye Feeds, which they will remain on until they are delivered. We do our best to ensure bulls are delivered right to your doorstep!

These heifers have been developed along side the bulls and our replacement heifers. We are confident these heifers will go out and work. We will package the heifers into consistent groups of 3-5 for your selection. Videos will be available on the groups prior to the sale. The heifers have been vaccinated with their pre-breeding shots of Express, Tasvax, MulitMin and Backline.
TERMS CONDITIONS
TERMS The terms of the sale are cash, cheque, e-transfer, or wire transfers and are due at the time of sale, unless other arrangements have been made between buyer and seller prior to the sale. Bohrson Marketing Services reserves the right to require a certified cheque as settlement before releasing any sale cattle. Should the purchaser fail to settle for his purchase, Bohrson Marketing Services reserves full power to resell the animal to the best advantage, either publicly or privately, without further notice. Any loss arising from such resale together with keep and all other expenses shall be payable by the defaulter. All settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released. Bohrson Marketing Services have the right to refuse bids from anyone who has a previous record of default in payment or who has not made prior credit arrangements prior to the sale with the owners and/or sale management.
SHIPPING Assistance will be given in making shipment after the sale, but sale management or seller assumes no risk. Expenses incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchasers are requested to determine delivery arrangements when making settlement.
GUARANTEE All animals carry standard breeding guarantee as specified by the Canadian Simmental Association. At no time shall the seller’s liability exceed the purchased price of the animal.
EXCEPTION TO GUARANTEE In cases where the animal is subjected to any hormonal or surgical reproduction techniques after the sale, the guarantee shall be null and void.
BIDDING All animals to sell through the sale must be sold by auction with each animal selling to the highest bidder. Private sales will not be allowed except as otherwise provided for in the terms and conditions. No by-bidding will be permitted.
DISPUTES In cases of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid and the auctioneer’s decision will be final.
PURCHASER’S RISK Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold.
ANNOUNCEMENTS Any announcement from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay attention to any such announcements.
INSURANCE Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser at the time of sale and should be insured. Animals returning to the seller’s farm must be insured.
CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY A registration certificate issued by the applicable breed association and a certificate of registry duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer of each animal after settlement has been made.
HEALTH It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine health requirements for importing any animal into his province or state. Bohrson Marketing Services assumes no responsibility for the health status of any animal in the sale.
ACCIDENTS Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the consignors, sale management, auctioneer, or CSA assumes any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability legal or otherwise in the event of accident or loss of property.
INFORMATION SUPPLIED The information contained in this catalogue is believed to be true and accurate. The seller has proivded the information to Bohrson Marketing Services and they assume no responsibility if the information supplied is not accurate.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in this sale shall constitute a separate transaction and the rights and terms and conditions of this sale do not cover obligations of the two parties connected thereto.
