We would like to welcome everyone to our 4th Annual Bull Sale with Outlaw Coulee. We have been longtime friends with the Richardson family and it is always exciting to see the final product of our breeding decisions come together with each years catalogue.
We are excited to share our 2-year-old bull pen with you, and believe that this years bulls have been our best to date. We were blessed with a bountiful harvest last year which has felt very rewarding after the years of drought, and hope to see the cattle markets hang on for the foreseeable future. It sure is an exciting time to be in the cattle business!
Feel free to give us a shout or stop by to view the bulls at the ranch any time before the sale. We will move the bulls down to Outlaw Coulee on Sunday if you would like to check them out prior to sale day. OUTLAW COULEE RANCH
We would like to welcome you all to our 4th annual bull sale that we will be hosting here at the ranch, seven kilometres south of Eastend, SK. We would like to thank everyone for the support in last year’s sale, thanks to everyone who bought bulls, bid on bulls and showed interest in our program. The last year has been a very exciting time to be in the cattle business and we are very excited to offer another great set of 2 year old bulls this year. 2025 was our farms 100 year anniversary so that makes 2026 the start of a new century so hope we can start it off with a successful bull sale.
We run our cattle operation with the philosophy that my grade 10 teacher drilled into us, the KISS method KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID. Following this method, we run our purebred cows alongside our commercial cattle. We turn our bulls out July 9 for 60 days and implant embryos to calve at the same time. We wean all calves the first week of November, pregtest cows at this time and sell drys and cull for any foot or udder issues. Bull calves are fed cut hay and 6 pounds of pellets till May and turned out on grass for summer till early November then fed cut hay and 7 pounds of pellets till sale day. We feed a all dry ration with no silage because we feel they should be developed as close to most of our customers feeding programs. The bulls we have on offer will be ready to get out and get your cows bred with ease. We try to present the bulls in a way that what you see is what you get, no feet have been trimmed on our bulls. If any issues arise with your purchase feel free to get in contact and we will do what we can to make it right.

SKULL CREEK 3 YEAR WARRANTY PROGRAM
Skull Creek Ranch guarantees to warranty any bull that is purchased from us through the sale. Should the bull become injured, suffer from death, or be unable to physically service a cow throughout the three year period, a credit will be issued towards the purchase of another bull. However, warranty will not be provided for mismanagement.
Should you have problems with any bull purchased from Skull Creek Ranch, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options as we would like to ensure that your cows are serviced, and our customers are taken care of.
Credits will be determined as followed:
1St Breeding Season: Purchase Price of bull – $2000 or Salvage Value x 90%
2nd Breeding Season: Purchase Price – $2000 or Salvage Value x 60%
3rd Breeding Season: Purchase Price – $2000 or Salvage Value x 30%
Example: Purchase Price $5000 – Salvage Value $2000 x 90% = $2700 credit
*100% credit to be applied to bulls who are injured or unable to breed prior to the 2026 breeding season.

Rito 802 came to us in dam from Johnson Livestock, we purchased his full brother in Johnson Livestock’s 2015 bull sale as a featured high seller and we lost him after his first year breeding, so when the opportunity came up to purchase his dam JL Emblynette 2213 bred to calve with a full brother we jumped on it. Rito 802 stands on an excellent foot, is an aggressive breeder and sires efficient progeny.

Big bodied and chock full of Angus character with an ultra chill disposition. This Bravo son is leaving his mark as an excellent sire to high quality, light birthweight cattle but the maternal side to Ovation is as strong as they come.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS: The terms of the sale are cash, cheque, or previously arranged financing. Settlement is to be made following the completion of the sale, to the clerks of the sale. Animals will not be released until settlement is made. All monies are in Canadian funds.
DISPUTES: Bidding will be re-opened between the parties involved in a dispute. If there is no advance by either party, the buyer will be the person from which the auctioneer received the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision is final in these cases.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements made from the block will take precedence over any printed material from the catalogue. Therefore buyers should pay close attention for such announcements.
BREEDING GUARANTEE: All cattle are sold as sound and right and sell with a “Responsible Breeder’s Guarantee of Satis- faction”. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the regular sale terms and conditions, standard with the Canadian Angus Association shall apply.
SOUNDNESS EVALUATION: All bulls will have passed evaluation for physical & reproductive soundness by a veterinarian. All bulls will be semen tested prior to delivery and will have be accompanied, at time of delivery, by a semen certificate that meets or exceeds the CAA standard of 70% .
RISK: Ownership risk to the purchaser commences when the auctioneers hammer falls. Insurance is available sale day.
LIABILITIES: All people attending the sale do so at their own risk. Although every precaution will be made to ensure the safety and protection of both buyer and the livestock, the auctioneer and the sellers accept no responsibility in this matter and disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in the event of an accident or loss of property.

RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS: The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following the sale constitute a separate transaction and releases the original seller from their obligation.
