Pick up your bull on sale day or within 7 days of sale day and we will take $200 off your purchase price per buyer. We will deliver free of charge within 450km of the farm. Bulls delivered further will be to central locations or to the nearest port of entry to the USA on purchases of $7000 or over. Deliveries beyond the SK/MB border will be on a cost share basis. All costs associated with the health test; brokerage & import paperwork will be the responsibility of the buyer. Bulls may be kept at Li le Poplar Grove free of charge until April 15th, after that, $4.00 per day will be charged and animals must be picked up by the purchaser.

FERTILITY

All bulls will be palpated, scrotal measured and semen tested prior to sale day by our veterinarian. Scrotal measurements and any bull with a deferred score will be noted sale day. All bulls selling will pass a semen evaluation prior to delivery.

SEMEN INTEREST

LPG Herefords reserves the right to draw semen on any bull in the sale, for in-herd use, at our expense and the buyers’ convenience.

BULL DEVELOPMENT

All the bulls have been fed a high roughage ration with the appropriate balance of minerals. We don’t feed for maximum gain, we feed for longevity and soundness.

His dam, 365E, was purchased out of Fenton’s sale and is out of a great bull we raised, which won Grand Champion at the Medicine Hat Bull Sale. The cow has a very nice, well-balanced udder and has certainly proven herself throughout the years here.

Fireball, a product of one of our esteemed producing cow families, comes from a dam with numerous females actively involved in the herd. Notably, his dam has successfully sold bulls at the prestigious Calgary Bull Sale. 24B, a visually appealing cow, very consistent, ample depth, and excellent soundness. possesses a well-balanced udder with short teats. Fireball has left his mark on our herd and the offspring he has produced. His daughters have inherited his exceptional traits, resulting in tremendous cows with extra length and depth.

Purchased in-dam from Church Ranch at the First Choice Sale. His sire was the top-selling bull in Mrnak Herefords’ sale in 2015 for $50,000 to Church Ranch. Revenue’s daughters have been exceptionally productive, with very well-balanced udders, small teats, and good milk production.

He has sired multiple champions at Calgary and Medicine Hat bull sales over the years. Remount Grazing purchased him from Medicine Hat, and we retained some of his semen. We are very impressed with his sons and daughters.
