ABOUT THE BULLS
All bulls sold are sold as guaranteed breeding sound for one breeding season, not to exceed ninety (90) days. This guarantee does not include loss of use due to abuse, neglect, illness due to poor nutrition or physical health, and/or acts of God. In the event a Buyer has any problem with a bull prior to or during the bull’s first breeding season the Buyer shall immediately contact the breeder of the bull to report a claim. Seller reserves the right to demand return of the bull at the Seller’s sole discretion, and/or request a second opinion from a veterinarian of Seller’s choice. In the event of a valid claim submission, Buyer will be provided a replacement bull of comparable quality if Seller or any other Bulls of the Big Sky member has one available. Improved Buying Confidence with Greater Genomic ASSURANCE
Access to more and better information has always been key to making wise decisions. The evolution and improvement of genetic evaluation tools too has given us an ever-clearer picture of the true genetic makeup of cattle and thus a better view of the value proposition. RightMate, powered by Top Genomics LLC is taking the evaluation of genetics and genomics one giant step further. By combining speci c genomic information with the long-proven value of EPDs, this new advancement in technology improves our depth and precision when evaluating the actual ability to transmit value and pro t.

The 3 Accreditation Logos below are designed to simplify bull selection and improve buyer con dence by more accurately describing the genetics o ered and by reducing risk. What this means to you as a customer is a much greater assurance that you are getting both what you want and need from the genetics you purchase. What it means to your seedstock provider is access to RightMate technology that simply sets them apart from the rest of the industry.
ACCREDITED GENOMIC PLUS – For the majority of producers who simply need consistent and balanced genetic improvement, without genomic setbacks, G+ Accredited bulls should be on your list for premium purchase. These sires will absolutely move you forward for both cost reduction and income producing traits and substantially reduce risk when compared to all other evaluation programs. It’s simple, the right genes are in these bulls to help secure a pro table future and the they have great EPDs to match!

ACCREDITED CALVING EASE – Simply nd bulls with the ACE logo for third party Accredited, secure Calving Ease bulls. Though we have had tools in the past to assist in choosing heifer bulls, we’ve never had one nearly this e ective. The reduced risk that comes with this genomic certi cation will simply make your decisions easier and your heifer calving season more successful. Purchase special purpose ACE bulls with con dence. They will deliver consistent and predictable calving ease.
ACCREDITED TERMINAL MATE – Just like an ATM machine makes it simpler to access your cash, the ATM Logo highlights bulls accredited to generate extra cash income as soon as your next calf crop! These bulls are meant speci cally to use only on mature cows and for the purpose of adding performance, pay weight and end product value to market.

A exceptional set of flush brothers in lots 1-3! This mating has done everything we hoped for and then some. Tremendous spread from birth to yearling and top maternal rankings for CE, Milk and Stay backed by PLR Sapphire and Gibbs Louise. Newsbreak is the complete package, being clean made with extra length and correctness from end to end. He does carry the red gene for those interested in producing the next generation of reds.

Nitro is very similar to lot 1 in his makeup and type with just a touch more growth. The Signatures are all exceptional for disposition and were the ones to always come say hello when you were out in the field.

LBRS NAKODA N32 Homo Black Homo Polled
1/17/2025 3 LITTLE BITTERROOT RIVER SIMMENTAL SM
#4496250 N32

Nakoda is an absolute stud! A bull that is deep ribbed, stout made and very attractive on the move. He has shown his ability to add growth as he was the top gainer for LBRS over the first weigh period. We are extremely excited about how he has progressed on test, but believe the real place he will shine is in the beautiful females that he could produce.

National is a great calving ease prospect and heifer safe with his Ace logo. Like all the Signatures he has put on the pounds since going on test. His dam is a deep bodied Franchise daughter that has done really well for us.

Here’s an opportunity to own a full sib to LBRS Integrity , who was last years high seller to Pleasant Hill Farms and Billingsley Farms. Phenomenal look and free in his movement with females and sires on both sides of the pedigree stacked for foot and udder quality. His dam entered the donor pen this last year and we are extremely excited about the calves that are hitting the ground as I type this footnote. Fault free genetics here with 11 EPDs in the top 25% or higher.

Black Homo Polled

A moderate framed brute of a bull out of a Stone Cold first calf heifer that weaned him off at 774 lbs. with a ratio of 103. He boasts one of the highest ranking EPD profiles available for a Medicine Man son and excels for calving ease, Stay and Marbling.

Twin to lot 7and very similar in his makeup. A bull with a ton of mass and rear quarter that will pack the pounds on your next calf crop. Kayla’s ratios on her natural calves have been 95 BW, 108 WW and 103 YW.

Another great Limited Edition that is wide based and stout. We are really pleased with the Limited calves and have kept every one. We have two in the heifer replacement pen that are slated to become donors. They are that good!

Soft made and sound structured, this Ace stamped Eclipse son is so much more than just a heifer bull. While being raised by his hard working Arrowhead dam as a first calf heifer, he posted a BW ratio of 92 and a WW ratio of 103. To go along with his striking phenotype he also has a balanced EPD profile with 15 EPDs at or above 35%.

LITTLE BITTERROOT RIVER SIMMENTAL SA

Attractive and clean in his lines, this Eclipse son has quietly gotten it done. He was the highest ratioing calf for birth weight and still weaned off at 753. His young dam phenotypically is the most attractive and correct red cow that we have on the ranch. Genetically he does a lot of things right with a 5G+ Right Choice score and a EPD profile that pushes API over the 180 mark and TI over 100.

Long sided Bedrock son that has gained well since going on test. A bull to add maternal and carcass merit backed by Bedrock on the sire side and Eclipse on the dam’s side.

Powerfully made Logan son with extra length and dimension throughout. LBRS Logan was the high-seller in the 2024 Bulls of the Big Sky Sale to Gaston Hornung and he is getting it done producing attractive sons and daughters that pack a lot
punch and grow. Notable himself has the physical makeup and build to cover some country being free moving and athletic in his stride. He is a bull, disposition wise, that likes just a little more personal space than some. His dam is a beautiful cow with a picture perfect udder and great feet.

BITTERROOT RIVER SIMMENTAL SA
Red Homo Polled 3/4 SM 1/4 AR

We used Logan to exploit the red gene to create the next generation of outcross reds. Nobility is the result and he is a good one, masculine, deep and structurally sound. He will add pounds to your next calf crop. His dam is a deep, broody Bieber Atomic half blood that we appreciate for her great udder structure.

His dam has been a power cow with 8 calves ratioing 104 for WW and four calves ratioing 107 for YW. He is a bull I would recommend for mature cows only.

LBRS NIGHTHAWK N21 Sells as Lot 18.

Clean made, smooth fronted Innovate son that has grown well since birth, ratioing 104 for WW. His dam is a productive half blood that has brought bulls to this sale year after year.

Lot 63 has been an eye catcher from day one. His momma did a nice job in some hard, dry pasture this summer, and this bull commanded a 738# actual weaning weight at not quite 5 ½ months of age with no coddling. There’s not much more you could ask of a stylish bull calf and his hard working, first calf dam. He’s balanced across the board in his EPD profile, he sports an ATM Right Choice badge and offers a top 25% TI. Put him on a set of red cows for a fancy set of RWF calves and watch the heterosis burn.

Lot 64 was the calf at side from a pair purchased in the Eichacker Simmentals 2025 sale. He’s been a big, long-bodied bull from day one, and looks like he’ll add some dimension and pay weight to his calves - consistent with the reputation of the Redhill Burley sons. He excels across the board in his EPD profile and sports a Right Score 5 and G+ badge, along with a top 10% Terminal Index. If pretty is as pretty does, this ¾ SM x ¼ AR bull has the genomic goods to get it done.
