Remington Spartan 93R, a straight Canadian outcross sire with a lot of performance.
Spartan was the high selling bull in RLC First Bull Sale, December 2006 where LLB Angus, Erskine, AB, purchased a half interest.
Spartan impressed thousands of cattlemen who viewed him on display at the ‘09 World Angus Forum in Calgary.
Spartan will add length of spine and a great foot and leg structure to his calves. His first progeny have scanned very well and performed exceptionally well in the feedlot.
Spartan’s dam was a big deep-sided cow with a perfect udder. An outcross sire with performance.

Double AA Old Post Bandolier is a powerful example of an Angus herd bull, majestic, proud, correct, perfect feet and legs with depth of heel, length of body, thickness, balance, cleanly made, easy fleshing, lots of testicle with a very youthful look about him. This bull has been admired from cattlemen from all over the world, New Zealand, Australia, Europe, South and North America. This is a proud, athletic, powerful herd bull that is a breed improver.




Remington Tex 848W is a maternal brother to Old Post and sired by the outstanding breeding bull, Tex 155R. This young Canadian sire expresses a lot of promise and not he is also a double bred Annie K.

Angus Acres Northern 114S was noticed by many top cattlemen at the World Angus Forum. This young sire has great length and constitution, his sire, Rivercrest Great Northern was one of he heaviest deepest bodied bulls ever exported to the U.S. His grandsire, “Great Northern” was the 1969 Chicago International Grand Champion Bull that started the rush to Canada in early 1970 for Canadian Angus. With this bull’s impressive strength and great pedigree he will see much use in the Remington program.


A powerful young Old Post son out of the top producing SCA 24E of Ideal 1418 7394, a Jorgenson bred female that has worked well at Remington. 827W is a full brother to lots 1049 and 1050.


Sealin Creek Big Deal 1W was selected out of the 2009 B.C. Thanksgiving Sale, he is extremely correct with excellent eye appeal. This good-natured young herd sire prospect was on display at the 2010 Denver National Western Stock Show, where he gained lots of admirers. This young bull should have a very bright future.


Remington Heads Up 410T was a feature straight Canadian bred bull in the 2008 Value in Volume RLC Sale where a half interest was purchased by Henderson Cattle Co., Lacombe, AB.
This outcross sire is very correct with loads of body, capacity, and is an eye catching young sire that is a solid, strong made individual with performance.
Heads Up 410T comes from a great cow family, Ronan R Barbara 2F had many admirers and her daughter 103P is a top Ronan Tex 56A daughter. Calving ease, eye appeal and maternal strength.

Angus Acres Heads Up 137R was bred and raised in the Angus Acres herd of Bill Armitage which has become a fountainhead herd for straight Canadian Angus.
This impressive straight Canadian herd sire combines the Heads Up, Warden, Bandy and Winston bloodlines.
This herd sire is playing a major role in the Remington program.





Remington King 11W came to Remington in dam from a top straight Canadian heifer from Don Currie’s Glen Islay Farm through the Georgian Sale. This young herd sire has generated a lot of excitement. You will hear a lot more about this great young herd bull.

Full Interest & Full Possession

LLB Gridlock 65X is an impressive son of the LLB senior herd sire, Timber Trail Gridlock. 65X and his dam were the feature lots of the October 2010 LLB Sale.


SAR Fort Rock 91T was selected out of the Stauffer Ranch Bull Sale by Remington and Duralta Farms. He is long bodied, lots of testicle with lots of heel and a big foot and lots of natural thickness. Out of one of the top cows at Stauffer Angus Ranch.


Atlasta Cash 44U was selected from Brian Sutter’s program for his body mass and performance. He was used successfully at RLC and Atlasta as his sons are powerful and his daughters are broody.


OSU Moneymaker 8164 was a standout calf in the 2009 Denver pen show where he was in the Reserve Pen of three bulls. His new name, “Number Cruncher” speaks for itself with a nice set of numbers and out of the famous OSU Empress cow. He was used on a variety of cows at RLC.

A product of the World Embryo Project and a standout from the start, admired by many at the World Angus Forum, his sire Stevenson Moneymaker R185 has a superb EPD profile with a powerful phenotype. The L901 cow has been a top embryo producer with forty daughters in production. This young sire has left a great set of calves at K Deen Angus, Wetaskiwin, AB.







Remington Max 176U is a thick made and deep bodied son of the ABS legend, Masin Max 602C. On the bottom side, he is outof the great Joker daughter, Crowfoot Lady Erica 3785N who was a standout in the Crowfoot Dispersal.
WAF Zorzal 321U bred in Horacio Francisco Gutierrez’s Tres Marias herd in Uruguay. Zorzal was picked by many as the top bull in the World Angus Forum Embryo Display presented by Remington Land and Cattle. A semen interest was sold to Mexico and Roy and Cindy Bjorklund, Lookout Angus leased him for the 2010 breeding season.
