Sustainability During the renovation in 2021, a major sustainability upgrade was made to energy label A++. A gas connection is present, purely for the gas fireplace in the living room, the central heating boiler in the pool house and the hybrid heat pump for hot water and peak loads. The walls and floors include EPS insulation, the roofs PIR insulation. All windows in the house are in HR++ glass.
