Born out of the iron and steel industry and well known for its prominent role in America’s Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s, I hope you have the time and opportunity to explore and enjoy the beautiful city of Birmingham!
CMN members offer so many tools and ministries to fuel the work of evangelization. As we come together for our 27th annual gathering, we are thankful for the many businesses and ministries involved in the important work of evangelization. Gathering with so many faithful and zealous souls during these days of fellowship, networking, and opportunities to discover each other’s great work is a blessing. We ask God to continue to bless and guide us through these challenging times.
This year, the theme of our event is “For the Conversion and Winning of Souls for Christ.”
Our collective work/initiatives through evangelization in our various ministries bring about the conversion of souls and the growth of His Church. This is a beautiful thing, and we should never forget that the Holy Spirit is indeed at work, and God will continue to bless our efforts.

Father Pacwa loves hunting and has a working knowledge of twelve languages, including Arabic. He received his B.A. in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Detroit, summa cum laude. He was ordained a Catholic priest in 1976 with the Society of Jesus, and then continued his studies and received his Master of Divinity and S.T.B. from the Jesuit School of Theology of Loyola University, magna cum laude. At Vanderbilt University, he received his Master of Arts as well as his Ph. D. in Old Testament.
CMN trade show Pivots to a Biennial Schedule Announcement
After 27 years of having the annual trade show, Catholic Marketing Network is making a major move by pivoting to a biennial schedule, starting with our return to the East Coast in 2025. This change will allow the CMN to focus on developing online resources and tools, especially our online wholesale marketplace, to help our members succeed in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
This move emphasizes CMN’s commitment to innovation and meeting the needs of its members in a rapidly changing industry. Enhancing the organization’s services and offerings to its members and providing a more comprehensive platform for Catholic retailers, distributors, suppliers, wholesalers, and other businesses/ministries to connect and do business remains the core of our mission and our number one priority.
The goal is to strengthen our position as a leading industry association for Catholic retailers and wholesalers, and make the CMN trade show even more valuable, affordable, and worthwhile to our members and attendees.
