Please refer to the substitution list on the back of this page if the selected meal is not to your liking. Please make your preference known to the Diet Office (2262) and, if within your diet parameters, we will accommodate your request.

When making a substitution request, please call the Diet Office by 6 pm the night before to change your breakfast order; before 10:00 am for that day’s lunch, and 2 pm for that day’s dinner so that we can accommodate your request.
