Lemon Garlic Tilapia Makes 4 servings Ingredients 4 Tilapia filets 3 tbsp lemon juice 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp dried parsley Pepper, to taste Directions Preheat oven to 375°. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Rinse tilapia filets under cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Place filets in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over filets, then drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and pepper to taste. Bake in preheated oven until fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes. Per serving: 142 calories, 3 g carbohydrates, 4 g total fat, 93 mg sodium, 23 g protein and 49 mg cholesterol
