How My CHS Rx works • Tell your physician to e-prescribe your medications to My CHS Rx. • Prescriptions will be verified and filled at My CHS Rx. If you are currently admitted to a Catholic Health hospital, your discharging physician will submit the prescription. • Education will be provided to help you better understand and follow your medication treatment plan. • Doctors, office staff and/or pharmacy staff will discuss and resolve medication issues with you, such as medications not covered by insurance, before you leave the hospital or doctors office.
Mercy Medical Center Pharmacy Mercy Medical Center Pharmacy provides medications for rare or complex conditions. These medications usually require special storage and handling and may not be available at your local pharmacy. They are injected, taken by mouth or infused. Services include prescriptions and refills, home delivery of medications (via courier), patient management program, insurance coordination, medication education and more.
