Founded in 1937 and headquartered in Fargo, Cass County Electric Cooperative (CCEC) is a not-for-profit, member-owned electric distribution system delivering power to around 60,000 accounts. CCEC employs just under 100 full-time employees at a variety of service centers in a 10-county area in southeastern North Dakota. CCEC has an all-power requirements contract with Minnkota Power Cooperative, our wholesale power supplier. Minnkota is headquartered in Grand Forks, N.D. and produces all of their power in North Dakota.

Corporate Services Corporate services handle all financial aspects of the cooperative, having to do with members, the system, materials, and employees. • Accounting • Human resources • Purchasing • Warehouse operations Information Technology The IT department at CCEC implements and administers all networks, software, and devices.
