ZEICHENERKLÄRUNG / EXPLANATION OF SIGNS
Vorzeichen gelten, den traditionellen Gepflogenheiten entsprechend, jeweils für den ganzen Takt in der jeweiligen Oktave. Diese Regel gilt auch für Mikrotöne. Warnvorzeichen werden durchweg gegeben und bedeuten keine Aufhebung dieser Regel. Following common practice, accidentals apply for the whole measure in that particular octave. This rule applies also to microtones. Cautionary accidentals are given frequently and do not cancel this rule.
Grundsätzlich ist (wenn nicht anders angegeben) von einer non vibrato Spielweise auszugehen. Generally, non vibrato playing is assumed (except when instructed otherwise).

Section 1 [Pre-Recorded] – Ouvertüre
The Ouvertüre File is played till 03:19, then stopwatches reset to 00:00.
All SECTIONS, ROUNDS and DREAMMACHINES are to be performed without any gaps in between.
Section 2
Section 2 is played till 00:30; at 00:30 Round 1 is launched.
Section 3 – Round 1
RULE SET for Round 1: Asynchronicity between players.
Voice, Saxophone and Percussion start at 00:30, playing the designated models in any non-alphabetical order till 02:00; after having played all models once, they start the sequence anew till endtime is reached; at 02:00 they break off and immediately start Round 2 (if they are in the middle of a model, they cut this off); the other players come in at their designated time for their interludes, once; if the ex-tempore choice of models turns out to be too demanding, a preferred sequence may be pre-selected by the players before the performance

RULE SET for Round 6: Round 6 is now synchronous; it consists of 2 loops and a determined bridge in the middle.
Dreammachine 1
Dreammachines are sections which use the PD-patch of the same name: voice and instruments are being sent to individual Feedback Delay loops with a definite parameter setting for delay time and feedback; the individual parameters are described in the score for each instrument; everything happens asynchronoulsy. Voice and instruments start at time 06:38 to 08:40 playing the designated models in any non-alphabetical order till 08:40; after having played all models once, they start the sequence anew till endtime is reached.
Round 7
RULE SET for Round 7: Asynchronicity between Voice and instruments: instruments are synced within phrase. Voice and instruments start at time 08:40 to 09:20 playing the designated models A1-A4/A5 in any non-alphabetical order till 09:20; then they start B1-B4 in any non-alphabetical order till endtime 10:00 is reached; at 10:00 they break off and immediately start Round 8 (if they are in the middle of a model, they cut this off).

RULE SET for Round 10: All players start synchronously at 12:17. This round is determined, but asynchronous; Voice cues B to D for E-Guitar and Synthesizer in alphabetical order. Saxophone, Percussion and E-Violoncello tacent.

RULE SET for Round 11: This round is asynchronous; all players play A-K in any non-alphabetical order till 22:30, then Voice cues Letter L for other instruments; L is synchronous for all. In L: players change pitch with each loop, selecting one or more pitches from the notated chord.
Round 12 – There is a Fire in the Travel Agency (Song 1)
RULE SET for Round 12:
This is a determined section, a song; Synthesizer is sync-master. The last loop (letter D) is being repeated till endtime is reached.
Dreammachine 3
All players start simultaneously, asynchonicity. Corresponding parameterset #3 in PD-patch; subsections switch at designated cue-times, Voice tacet.
Section 4 – Round 13
RULE SET for Round 13: Asynchronously: model-selection (A, B, C, etc.) in any non-alphabetical order. Syncronize Loopstart and Patternchange. Voice enters after first loop.

RULE SET for Round 14: Model-selection (A, B, C, etc.) in any non-alphabetical order: Arpeggiator-Pattern Synthesizer = Syncmaster for round.
Subsection 1 = 8 bars intro.

Subsection 3 = Sax improvisation, accompanied by Synthesizer (all other players tacet).
Round 15
RULE SET for Round 15: Asynchronously, Model-selection (A, B, C, etc.) in any non-alphabetical order. Subsection 1: Voice and Marimba start; E-Guitar enters in the first rest of the Marimba model; E-Violoncello enters in the first rest of the E-Guitar model; Tenor Saxophone enters in the first rest of E-Violoncello, and Synthesizer in the first rest of Tenor Saxophone. Subsection 2: all players start simultaneously at cue-point 43:18.
Section 5 – Round 16 (Song 2)
RULE SET for Round 16:
This is a synchronous, determined round, triggering off the final Dreammachine 4; Sync-Master is Percussion with ongoing 16th patterns.
All players start simultaneously, asynchonicity. Model-selection (A, B, C, etc.) in any non-alphabetical order. Corresponding parameterset #4 in PD-patch; subsections switch at designated cue-times.
