“my letter to the world” for baritone and orchestra version was commissioned by Nagoya Philharmonic Orchestra.
“my letter to the world”, originally for baritone and piano, was commissioned by Alte Oper Frankfurt, made possible by Kulturfonds Frankfurt Rhein Main as part of the project "Impuls Romantik", and first performed on 8th September 2012 in Alte Oper Frankfurt, Germany.
