Thisgroupprojectwascompletedin collaborationwithJadenGreen,NoahColmer, TanierReid,andJenineAsquin-Reedand focusedondesigningandconstructinga gardensuiteforahypotheticalclient,providing ahands-onexplorationofthevariousrolesand responsibilitiesthatpertaintoarchitectural technology.Frominitialdesigntoconstruction drawings,specifications,bidandtenderperiods, andcontractadministration,wenavigatedeach phasewithprecisionandcollaboration.This thoroughexperiencesharpenedourskillsand culminatedinthesuccessfulrealizationofour client’svision.

Thistermprojectfocusedonsteelstructures,buildingenvelopes andsystems,andcustomizedinteriorcomponentsusingRevit.A thoroughexplorationofbuildingcodesensureda comprehensiveunderstandingofzoningregulationsand allowancesvitalforprojectaccuracy.Keyelementsofthe projectincludedcreatingfloorplans,lifesafetyplans,RCPplans, elevations,buildingsections,wallsections,stairsections, enlargedfloorplans,andinteriorelevations.Thiscomprehensive approachfusedstructuralandaestheticelements,fosteringan understandingofarchitecturalintricacieswithinthebuilt environment.
