Tenors MKE is the powerhouse vocal trio of Andrew Varela, Tommy Hahn, and Tim Rebers. They first met in 2013 as castmates in “Les Misérables” at Skylight Music Theatre. Individually, they have performed far and wide in shows and concerts to adoring audiences. As Tenors MKE, they blend Broadway, Opera, Jazz, and Rock into one spectacular package, mixing their signature humor with harmonies and original vocal arrangements.

ANDREW VARELA
After 25 years in Broadway shows and national tours, including Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Sunday in the Park with George, and Little Women the Musical; Andrew relocated to Wisconsin and became a part of the thriving arts community we have in Milwaukee. He has performed with many MKE organizations including Skylight, The Rep, First Stage, Florentine, Optimist, In Tandem and has been seen on Chicago Fire, Chicago Justice and The Chi. These days he finds purpose in giving back by singing with two men who think they can keep up.
TOMMY HAHN
Local credits include Milwaukee Repertory Theatre (Run Bambi Run, Hedwig and the Angry Inch) and Skylight Music Theatre (RENT, Les Miserables, The Music Man). Regional: Fireside Theatre (Pump Boys and Dinettes, Rockin’ at the Fireside), Marriott Theatre at Lincolnshire (Phantom, Evita, Miss Saigon), Northlight Theatre (Side Show), and Broadway in Chicago (Dee Snider’s Rock & Roll Christmas Tale). Tommy is also the lead singer of the award-winning Milwaukee band, The 5 Card Studs. He’s so happy to continue to cultivate his burgeoning solo career with Tenors MKE.
TIM REBERS
Local credits include Skylight Music Theatre, First Stage, Florentine Opera, Milwaukee Opera Theatre, Brew City Opera, and Forte Theatre. Lead operatic and musical roles include: Prince (Rusalka), Don José (Carmen), Eisenstein (Die Fledermaus), Hoffmann (Tales of Hoffmann), Papageno (Magic Flute), Baker (Into the Woods) Gaston (Beauty and the Beast) and understudying Tommy in Les Misérables and Andrew in Kiss Me, Kate. Tim is also a conductor, composer, teacher, director and the music director and arranger for Tenors MKE, so if you like how Andrew and Tommy sound, you can thank Tim.
JANNA VINSON
Janna Vinson has worked continuously as a vocal coach, life coach and music director for over 25 years. She has performed with such houses as New Orleans Opera, Virginia Opera, Cincinnati Opera, The Florentine Opera, Milwaukee Opera Theater and Skylight Music Theatre. A dedicated educator, she has held teaching and coaching positions at Southern Methodist University, the University of Oklahoma and the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
