ABOUT BROCK WORTHEN

“For me, real estate has been both a journey and a personal evolution. I’ve experienced many highs over my 23+ years in real estate, had a failing forward moment that taught me a great deal about the economics of real estate, and have had the pleasure of working with some really great mentors. I’ve been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with and serve a vast array of really good clients and many talented agents. And when I think about the one thing that has remained a constant for me, that drives me, it’s not just my love for people but rather when I’m able to truly help and succeed through others. And for me, real estate is the perfect platform to accomplish this.”

Brock Worthen began his real estate career in 2003 where he quickly launched into one of the top producing agents out of the Keller Williams Hollywood Hills office which later landed him the “Rookie of the Year” award. Soon thereafter, he built his sales team that eventually expanded into 5 states. This early growth allowed him to begin honing his leadership skills that would later play a key role in his career as a leader in the real estate industry in the greater Los Angeles area.

He’s personally closed over 500 transactions in his sales career and as Managing Partner of 3 Keller Williams offices, he’s been responsible for the oversight of over 8700 sides in his career. In his managing partner position, he is responsible for sales, expansive growth, profitability and business consulting in 3 Keller Williams franchises.

He operates with the highest levels of integrity with an intimate focus on customer service while understanding that one never compromises character for a desired result. Brock's passion lies with building relationships and serving his clients. He delivers this mission by succeeding through others, leveraging the strengths of those around him and removing his personal agenda so that the needs of those he’s serving is not just met but maintained long after their goals have been met.

Brock is also a proud Dad of 2 amazing children while being the luckiest man to have not only a brilliant business partner and wife but a partner who challenges him to be a better human being each and every day. He’s also a super hero to his to young kiddos…at least he thinks he is.
