Our Hole-In-One Event Plan Here at Aston Oaks, we believe your event cannot be defined by a limited number of packages. That’s why we designed our Hole-In-One Event Plan. This package gives you full creative control on every aspect of your event. From the dinner menu to the folding style of the napkin, each detail will be handpicked by you and executed by us for your perfect Hole-In-One event. None of these decisions are final yet. This event planning guide utilizes check boxes () for you to easily record your current choices. You can bring this plan when you meet with our Event Coordinator, Lindsey Theissen, to use as a guide when you finalize your decisions.
Included In All Events To give you a starting point in your Hole-In-One Event Plan, here are a few things we include for all of our events. ROOM RENTAL : The Banquet Center is reserved for you for 4 hours. The room will close 30 minutes after the scheduled end time.
PROFESSIONAL ROOM SETUP & CLEANUP : Our wonderful Aston staff will set up before and clean up the room after your event.
