The film Parasite demonstrates the resistance to water in different socio-economic classes. Resistance to water is not the same for the rich that live on hillsides in South Korea as it is for the poor that live in valleys that flood. Resistance is only viable for those that have the money and means to create the infrastructure of resistance.
