2026 Annual Meeting Official Notice Members of South River Electric Membership Corporation will gather online or via phone Thursday, April 30, at 6 p.m. for the Annual Meeting of Members. Meeting Purpose: • Receive reports from officers, directors, and committees • Conduct any other business that may properly come before the meeting Board of Directors: The Board of Directors consists of nine member-elected directors. Directors are elected from geographic districts and serve three-year terms, in accordance with the Cooperative’s bylaws. Directors may be nominated in one of two ways: • By the Nominating Committee, or • By member petition Nominating Committee Selections: • District 1: Kelly Harrington • District 2: Sue Flowers • District At-Large: George Williams No petitions were received.
