Lunch & Learn

In 2026, we are launching a new way for members to connect more closely with the Club through Lunch & Learn. These complimentary, bi-monthly, small-group luncheons will spotlight different areas of the club throughout the year.

Each Lunch & Learn will focus on a specific theme, giving members the opportunity to hear updates, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of what’s happening around the Club.

Membership Process

The Club’s goal is to provide our members with an atmosphere of the highest quality To that end, the Club shall only extend membership to those individuals of the highest standing and character in the community. It is a fundamental policy of the Club to extend membership to such qualified persons without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, national origin or handicap.

Inordertoapplyformembership,aprospectivecandidatemusthaveasponsorandfiveendorsers

Sponsoring members play an active role in shepherding a new member into the club and are expectedtosupportthecandidate'sintegrationintotheclubbyregularlyengagingthecandidate withotherclubmembers Initiationfeesareconfirmedonceanofferofmembershipisextended anddepositswillbeappliedtothetotalbalance

Classifications

Carmel offers social, resident, senior, emeritus and non-resident membership categories for our membershipwithascaledduesstructure

Resident:EntitledtoallprivilegesattheClub,includingvoting

Social:EntitledtoallprivilegesattheClubexceptforvotinganduseofthegolffacilities,aslimited inSection331oftheRedbook

Associate: Membersundertheageof39 EntitledtothesameprivilegesoftheClubandhave lowermonthlydues

SocialtoResidentConversion(STRC):ResidentcandidateswhohaveelectedtojoinasSocial memberswhilewaitingforaResidentmembershiptobecomeavailable.Socialmembershipsare offeredintheorderofthewaitlist.WhenaResidentspacebecomesavailabletheSTRCmemberis transferredtoResidentandremovedfromthewaitlist.Thesemembershavethesameprivilegesas Socialmembers,withsomeexpandedgolfprivileges.

Senior:Whenamember'scombinedageandtenureequals100years,theyareeligibletomoveto Seniorstatusatthebeginningoftheiryearofeligibility SeniorstatusappliestoResidentorSocial MembersandtheiraccesstoClubfacilitiesremainsthesame Seniorsdonothavetherighttovote butdohavelowermonthlydues
