Successful Aging: Spine Health – Keeping Your Back Healthy as You Age
Tuesday, July 21, 11 a.m.–12 p.m., free with registration Dr. Brandon Hirsch will discuss how spine health changes with age and the practical steps adults can take to maintain strong mobility and independence. Attendees will learn how posture, core strength, and safe movement patterns play a vital role in preventing falls and reducing the risk of chronic back or neck pain. Dr. Hirsch will review common age-related spine conditions and share treatment options that can help restore function and quality of life.

Jennifer will be providing an overview of benefits including Retirement, Spousal, Survivors, and Medicare, and sharing about SSA’s online services and the latest updates.
Socializing and Combatting Loneliness Wherever You Live
Tuesday, July 28, 10:30 a.m.–12 p.m., free, drop-in Join Kim Shea of Game Changing Counseling Services for an interactive, roundtable discussion and presentation on helping you meet your socialization needs and learning to combat loneliness no matter where you live. We will discuss the pros and cons of various living scenarios as they pertain to your mental and emotional wellness goals.
Restorative Yoga
Mondays, July 6–27, 11 a.m.–12 p.m., $56 Relax and renew through a series of Restorative yoga poses. Class will begin with a brief introduction, a breathing meditation, and move into gentle Restorative poses. This class is for all levels and introduces the benefits and instructions for each pose.
Yin Yoga
Thursdays, July 2–30, 11 a.m.–12 p.m., $70 Class will begin with a breathing meditation and come into a Yin pose designed to target areas, relax the targeted area, and stay in the pose for two to five minutes. Yin poses stimulate the dense connective tissue, promotes tissue strength, vitality, hydration, and resilience.
