Warm weather brings over 1,600 bull riding fans to Lamont event BY JOHN MATHER Unseasonably warm May weather brought more than 1,600 fans out to the Conrad Schinkinger Memorial Agricultural Grounds in Lamont May 3 for the annual Bullarama Supreme.
“We were excited to have 30 of the best bull riders in Canada compete at Lamont Bullarama Supreme,” said cochair Marcie Mazurenko. “The number of entries this year and the quality of the competition is a fan-
tastic sign for the future of the sport. “It’s clear that Bullarama Supreme is becoming a must-stop event on the bull riding calendar.” Gilmar Santana rose above the rest to win the 2025 Bullarama Supreme
Championship round and take home $4,320, while he and Hayden Mulvey split the average title each taking home $1,008. Continued on Page 2
