CGC JOSEPH NAPIER conducted a boarding on a 22-foot commercial vessel, which was actively fishing inside the ABRIR LA SIERRA, a closed fishing area West of Puerto Rico. Catch onboard consisted of 25 Silk Snapper. Case assumed by NOAA.
