The Caribbean is at a critical juncture. On the one hand, we are more than halfway through the ambitious timeline to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and their important targets for people and the planet. On the other, we face significant challenges – geopolitical conflict, vulnerability to external shocks, susceptibility to climate change, and limited access to finance threaten to derail the Region’s pursuit of sustainable, inclusive growth and development.
