Following Christ’s command to GO, Care Net brings Christ-centered support to families facing pregnancy decisions. With the continued rise of the easy-to-access abortion pill, Care Net is committed to going to those who are considering abortion -- instead of waiting for them to come to us -- providing Christ-centered care and connecting them to a local church for ongoing support and discipleship.
MOBILE MEDICAL UNITS
How do Mobile Medical Units GO to clients considering abortion?
In January 2025, ICU Mobile merged with Care Net to form our Mobile Medical Ministry Division. Mobile medical units are RVs equipped with state-of-the-art ultrasound technology, staffed by Christian health care professionals. They go directly to mothers considering abortion, meeting them where they are (malls, abortion clinics, college campuses, etc.) showing them and the father of the baby their unborn child through ultrasound, and sharing the hope of the Gospel.
Mobile medical units:
• Provide FREE ultrasounds so moms and dads can see their babies for the first time
• Combat misinformation from the abortion industry
• Offer referrals to nearby “brick and mortar” affiliated pregnancy centers and life-affirming local churches for follow-up care, support, and discipleship
• Share the Gospel so these moms and dads learn about God’s love and the hope found in Christ

Melody and Josh thought abortion was their only answer when they stepped onto an ICU Mobile Medical Unit. The staff welcomed them with open arms, prayed with them, and showed an active baby on their ultrasound. After 2 more visits to the mobile medical unit, Melody and Josh chose life for their daughter Rhythm and recommitted their lives to Christ!
Helping Pregnancy Centers and Churches GO Mobile!
Mobile medical ministry allows pregnancy centers and churches to move upstream into abortion decision zones where pregnancy decisions are being made. Many of the parents served by a mobile medical ministry would not typically step foot into a pregnancy center or church for help. ICU Mobile (Care Net’s Mobile Medical Division) helps pregnancy centers and churches meet them where they are by launching and sustaining a mobile medical ministry that brings hope to their community.

How does Care Net equip churches to GO?
In addition to mobile medical ministry, Care Net’s Making Life Disciples (MLD) and Abortion Recovery & Care (ARC) resources equip churches to go to abortion vulnerable and post-abortive women and men in their congregations and communities and offer Christ-like compassion, hope, help, healing, and discipleship. These resources also prepare churches to receive and disciple clients from Pregnancy Decision Line, Pregnancy Centers, and Mobile Medical Units.
This church group in Pensacola, FL was trained through Making Life Disciples. They are excited to go out and serve parents making pregnancy decisions in their church and community!

How does Pregnancy Decision Line GO to clients considering abortion?
Care Net’s Pregnancy Decision Line (PDL) uses online keyword advertising, including terms like “abortion pill” and “medical abortions,” to reach those who are searching for abortion information online and are not inclined or able to visit a pregnancy center.
As a result of PDL’s keyword advertising, 95% of the pregnant callers we serve are considering abortion.
How does PDL serve clients?
PDL callers and chat users receive immediate pregnancy decision coaching, medical support from Nurses, and pregnancy center/mobile medical unit referrals. As with all of Care Net’s programs, PDL Coaches look for opportunities to sow the seeds of the Gospel.
"Jessica was searching for abortion pills online when she saw an ad for PDL. She found out about her pregnancy the night before and she and the father of the baby agreed that she should have an abortion. We talked about the importance of having an ultrasound before making a decision and she allowed me to book an ultrasound at a local pregnancy center for her. I am praying that God will meet them at that ultrasound, that their hearts will be softened, and they choose life!
• Expand our ICU Mobile Medical Ministry, in partnership with pregnancy centers and churches, to go into more local communities where abortion-vulnerable parents live, especially those without a pregnancy center.
• Expand Pregnancy Decision Line's capacity to go deeper into the digital mission field by expanding our online keyword advertising, hiring additional medical and non-medical coaches, and extending call hours into evenings and weekends.
• Expand our capacity to go to more churches around the country and equip them to go to their congregations and communities with Gospel-centered care and discipleship.
• Expand our capacity to go to local pregnancy centers and equip them to more effectively go to those in need, rather than waiting for them to come to the center.
