Advances in Management and Innovation (AMI) Conference 2026 CONFERENCE THEME:
A Decade of Management and Innovation: Lessons from the Past, Directions for the Future in a Changing World Since its launch in 2016, the Advances in Management and Innovation (AMI) Conference has become a platform for discussion on the challenges and opportunities shaping organisations and societies. Over the past ten years, AMI has engaged with themes including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), sustainable business innovations for the future, and managing the “next normal” in times of disruption. This tenth edition provides an opportunity to reflect on how management and innovation have evolved through global health emergencies, technological disruptions, shifting economies, the rise of artificial intelligence and sustainability imperatives. Looking forward, AMI 2026 will explore lessons from the past decade while setting new directions for research, practice, and collaboration in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.
