2024-2025 WINTER MARATHON TRAINING: WEEK 2 (DEC 30-JAN 5) Track Workout: You are running a 3000m Time Trial. This time trial will help establish your fitness heading into the rest of the training block. Tempo Workout: You are running 3 reps of 1mi at tempo pace. Since tempo pace is the pace you should hold for a full hour, this should be an easy workout that introduces you to the effort. MONDAY
