Auto-Compensation

This feature will continuously monitor your filling accuracy via a load cell in order to alert system’s owner of any deviation. As inaccurate fill volumes get automatically rejected, the pump will auto-calibrate and automatically compensate for the low/over fill so production can proceed without interruption or operator intervention.

Pump Cart

➢ Pump carts are supplied with a minimum of 4 pumps and go up to 16

➢ Pump carts are designed to be moveable, providing more space around the pumps for maintenance purposes.Also allowing for remote set-up, where in a multiple cart scenario, one cart can be in production while the next one is being staged for next production batch

➢ Capmatic’s pump carts are self-sufficient, meaning that they come with their own HMI and PLC logic to be used without being connected to a filling system, for testing or for manual small batch production

➢ Can be integrated to any filling system (3rd parties acceptable)
