The Intrepid™ is a versatile explosion proof dual-indexing monoblock system capable of inserting stainless steel ball bearings, filling nail polish and gel, placing brushes and tighten caps. The system can be equipped with either vacuum, volumetric piston, or peristaltic pump depending on the product’s viscosity. The Patriot™ FPC is Capmatic’s single-indexing monoblock costumized to package both square and round containers. The system is equipped with assemblies to fill, place fitment or discs, and tighten caps. A special spinning mechanism is integrated to the filling system to ensure proper filling of square containers. The integrated systems are configured to fill, crimp pump units, place spraying actuators, over cap, and label perfume container.
