BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLER The SortStarTM bottle unscrambler is designed to work with a wide range of plastic bottles. Using centrifugal disks and adjustable guides, most bottles can run on this machine without the use of any change parts. PISTON FILLING SOLUTIONS CF-2P

CF-4P

A versatile semi-automatic tabletop filler with variable speed control, designed to dispense both liquid and semi-viscous products. The CF-2PTM comes equipped with a single or a double piston pump system. The simplicity and flexibility of the CF-2PTM make it the ideal filling equipment for cannabis oil.

The CF-4P™ is an upgraded system of our CF-2P™ and can be equipped with two additional pistons and nozzles. This specific model can be equipped with a bottom-up fill feature, automatic gating system and conveyor section. This tabletop machine is designed to pump both liquid and semi-viscous products directly from your tank. The CF-4P™ is a great start-up machine to fulfill your cannabis packaging needs.

PERISTALTIC PUMP SYSTEMS TM

The SH-CARTTM is a freestanding mobile system, designed to be integrated on any new or existing liquid filling lines. The modular design has a capacity to hold up to 12 independent servo-heads, creating optimal versatility and efficiency. A Piston cart is available and can be integrated onto any liquid filling system.

The SteelHeartÂŽ system is the latest advancement in peristaltic filling technology and an integral part of our mobile multi-head filling system. Easy to use, flexible and accurate, the SteelHeartÂŽ can be configured with up to 12 independent dispensing units which are guaranteed against cross-contamination. In its auto-calibration mode, this system can sample periodically through the integrated load cell to ensure that each servo-drive maintains its accuracy within the programmed target fill range.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC PLATFORMS

PVR-01

The PVR-01TM is a tabletop semi-automatic filler with intermittent control, a single piston pump, rotary check valve system and integrated product hopper. The simple and efficient volumetric piston, pump filler was designed to handle viscous and semi-viscous products, including those with small particles. This system is ideal for short runs and fast changeovers. Applications: Semi-Viscous | Viscous products with or without particles Fill Volumes: 30 ml to 1000ml (1 oz. to 34 oz.)

NANOSTAR

Freestanding semi-automatic powder filler with servo-driven technology, the NanoStarTM was designed for precise micro-dosing and has the capacity for recipe driven changeovers. Built with its own integrated PLC and HMI, this unit is ideal for the cannabis industry.

Applications: Powder products Fill Volumes: 15 mg. to 15 g. The PowderStarTM is also available for larger fills and an automated setup.

MINI JOLLY

The Mini JollyTM is a freestanding single chuck capper that requires minimal floor space. This semi-automatic capper has an air driven torquing mechanism to allow for variable application torque. Quick and easy to set up, it was designed to handle a wide variety of bottles and caps.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC TABLET COUNTER MINI FIGHTER PLUS TM

The Mini FighterTM Plus, was developed for small batch counting and is capable of handling tablets, capsules and softgels. The Mini FighterTM Plus can be used as a semi-automatic tabletop unit, it can be automated as an independent component on a line or be integrated directly on any of our monoblocks. A compact machine, configured to maximize production efficiency and simplify the packaging process, the Mini FighterTM Plus can accommodate a wide range of container sizes and shapes. NECK/BODY BANDING & SLEEVING The BandStarTM was designed to exceed industry standards for body and neck banding applications. With an arsenal of options available, it can easily meet different industry requirements for the application of neck bands and full sleeve bands as tamper-evident seals. It was engineered and designed for efficiency, reliability and simplicity. The BandStarTM is engineered for efficiency and reliability, with simple changeover processes to provide a more fluid user experience. INLINE LABELING PLATFORM The LabelStar® family of extremely efficient, pressure-sensitive inline labeling machines can be integrated onto any production line. A number of types of coding devices are available which offer additional flexibility and configuration options to accommodate any label type. All of our labelers are designed to meet current FDA requirements following cGMP guidelines, while always focusing on quick and easy setups. The LabelStar® is also equipped with the latest in quality verification system (bar code scanners, vision inspection, label code verification, label presence sensors), ensuring that all failed inspections will result in the rejection of the defective container.

Higher speed labeling application is also available from our RTS Pharma™ line.

EXTAX

HOT GLUE APPLICATION LABELING SYSTEM This revolutionary new member of the LabelStarÂŽ family affixes the tamper-evident excise duty stamps, required by all governments, on all types of jars and bottles. Designed specifically for the cannabis industry, this is the only labeler created for the precise application of stamps with hot glue. This innovative machine can apply up to a dozen different excise stamps during a single production run, resulting in the simultaneous labeling of goods for multiple state or provincial markets. The magazine which holds the stamps can be refilled easily without stopping the machine. Everything is controlled from the simple to use HMI (Human Machine Interface) touch screen, so only one operator is needed to run the equipment. Safety, reliability and efficiency are integrated into every feature of the EXTAXâ„˘. The unique magazine and positive (patent pending) servo pick and place system ensures correct and consistent label placement. The automatic vision and reject systems guarantee that excise stamps have been applied correctly and without fail.
