CAPITAL CREDIT UNION

A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT AND CEO

I am honored to share Capital Credit Union’s 2025 Annual Report and extend my sincere gratitude to you, our members, for your ongoing trust and support. This is your credit union, and everything we accomplish begins with you.

In 2025, Capital Credit Union delivered another strong year of financial performance. We ended the year with $890 million in assets, $755 million in deposits, and $677 million in loans. Net income reached more than $11 million, our strongest year on record, and our net worth ratio increased to 12.92%, keeping us well‑capitalized and positioned for long‑term stability. These results reflect disciplined growth, careful risk management, and a continued focus on long term strength for our more than 32,000 members.

Beyond our financial results, 2025 was a year defined by community impact, expanded outreach and deepened member relationships. Through our Step Forward Program, employees volunteered at 128 events across our member markets. We expanded our financial education efforts, supported local organizations through sponsorships and donations, and continued to provide personalized financial guidance through our financial counseling, insurance, and investment services teams.

As we look ahead, 2026 marks our 90th anniversary, a milestone that reflects generations of member trust. Earlier this year, we proudly opened our third Fargo branch, Fargo Central, further strengthening our presence and visibility in the Fargo market. We are also completing a full remodel of our Northwest Branch in Bismarck and preparing for a major upgrade to our mobile and online banking platform with the implementation of Banno in late 2026. This upgrade will enhance our capabilities to better meet evolving member expectations.

We remain committed to disciplined growth, responsible stewardship, and delivering the technology, products, and services you expect and deserve. Our foundation is strong, our momentum is real, and our future is bright.

We are 90 years strong and just getting started.

Sincerely,

Jon Griffin has been with Capital Credit Union for 15 years; he has been president and CEO since May 2023.
