And in spite of consistently low stock levels of properties for sale and actively on the m arket, the ongoing dem and for Waterfront investm ent properties has never slowed and the result has been a bum per season.And this, alongside the developm ent sales of 5 Dock Road!

Our average rate per sqm in the Marina Estate for canal apartm ents has been R102 293 p/sqm .On the yacht-basin its R114 579 p/sqm .The highest rate per sqm in the estate during this period was achieved in Pem broke which sold at just over R173k p/sqm . There have been 35 sales in the period August 2025 to January 2026 between the Marina and the Silo District.
