Growing a family can be challenging, but that is why we have groups like Family Life! This group is more than just a Life Group; they are a community of friends doing life together, both on and off campus.
This class discusses a wide range of topics from finances, to raising kids, to cultivating a solid relationship with Jesus Christ. When you walk into Family Life, you’ll be greeted with a warm hello, a hot cup of coffee, and delicious snacks!

Discipleship Groups help believers build a solid foundation in their faith by the systematic study of God’s Word. These groups primarily meet on Thursdays and often go through a book or video study.

Start your morning by diving into God’s Word with other men. This season we will be going through Albert Tate’s study of the 10 Commandments. In this series, we’ll walk through the 10 Commandments and learn how we were first loved by God and what it looks like to love Him in return, God wrote a love letter through His commandments so that we could know His heart and learn to love others in the same way.

ENCOUNTER NIGHTS
Encounter Nights create space to seek God together in an extended time of prayer and worship. They will take place each week, on Thursday evenings, at 7pm, across our city. We can’t wait to bring people into God’s presence. you will learn new ways to hear God’s voice while embracing genuine fellowship with one another. A key component of partnering with God in the great work He is doing in our church, from the neighborhood to the nations, is to set aside time to hear from Him.

I was lost and broken, living but not alive. Honestly, I had lost my identity but I was at a breaking point in my life. The Lord led me to Freedom in Christ. I wanted to be where there was light, in my darkest moments. I started to attend this Hope Group and experienced true freedom by learning how to forgive myself and others. I learned and started believing what God’s Word says about my life and my family’s life. My fears, worries, regrets, and anxieties just started leaving. The generational curses and strongholds were broken and I was set free. Jesus restored my family. My husband is in church and so are all four of our boys. I’m a daughter of the Most High God, and Jesus has the glory. Thank you, Canyon Hills for providing so many options to meet the needs of the church and the community with these groups.

Encounter nights have always been great nights of reflection for me. They have also helped me in my relationship with God because when I took time to reflect God showed me many things He wanted for me. The Encounter Nights also helped me make more community at Canyon Hills. I will always enjoy Encounter Nights and I can’t wait for the next one I get to go to.
