This year, properties in both the city and district of North Vancouver rose in value between five and 15 per cent, with an average eight per cent increase for residential homes. In West Vancouver, the increase in assessed value was even more pronounced, with assessments increasing up to 20 per cent and the average increase sitting at about 13 per cent.
