ecarbonizing the transportation sector is an important part of addressing climate change. Battery and hydrogen vehicles will share the zero emissions stage. Transportation sectors with vehicle weight limits, long working hours, need for fast refueling, demanding energy output will favor hydrogen. The Appalachian Hydrogen Transportation Conference presented by SARTA, in the heartland of American manufacturing, will provide an outlook from leading companies and organizations. Attendees will leave with a sense as to the opportunities in the fast-growing hydrogen transportation market. An expo of equipment and manufacturers will be on display during the event at The Pro Football Hall of Fame. Conference attendees are invited to attend an Evening Reception on Sept. 22 from 6-8 p.m. at SARTA: Gain a first person POV at one of the largest hydrogen bus operations in the world. Refueling, maintenance, operations – it can all be found at SARTA. Refreshments and light appetizers will be provided.
