Letter from the President JEFF DAFLER, PRESIDENT & CEO As we begin 2026, the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce is entering a year of execution. Last year marked the launch of our five-year strategic plan. This year is about delivering on it with focus and results for our members. Looking back, 2025 was a year of meaningful progress. We convened the business community through signature events like our Regional Summit, Women in Business, Stark Forum and dozens of programs designed to connect leaders, ideas and opportunity. We strengthened partnerships with educators and employers to address workforce needs, advanced advocacy efforts that support a competitive business climate, and continued to invest in leadership development and peer-to-peer connections. Those efforts matter, and they are building momentum. Our strategic plan now moves from vision to action. Over the next year, you will see a sharper focus on member value, including how the Chamber helps businesses grow in an increasingly complex environment. That means more intentional programming, clearer pathways for engagement and stronger alignment across our work in economic development, workforce, advocacy and community vitality.
