Letter from the President JEFF DAFLER, PRESIDENT & CEO Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, we are excited to unveil the next chapter for the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce with the rollout of our new 5-year strategic plan. This ambitious plan is built around a refreshed mission, vision, and values that reflect our commitment to cultivating a thriving business community. Looking back, I believe 2024 was a year of accomplishment and progress. We successfully hosted hundreds of events and programs to help unite and energize our community, such as the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival, the Women in Business Summit, Stark Forum and so many others. We strengthened connections among businesses, educators, and workforce talent to help address regional workforce challenges. Our advocacy efforts amplified our voice in championing policies that create a more business-friendly environment, while we continued to prioritize networking and leadership development. These achievements have laid a strong foundation for the journey ahead.
